Punjab Institute of Medical Sciences Jalandhar admissions are done offline at the BFUHS website. The college takes in its students based on the entrance test conducted by it. PIMS admissions are done based on merit purely. The candidates need to have pursued their 12th in science stream having scored an average of 50% marks from a recognized institute. Also, the candidate will have to pass the NEET UG, PIMS NEET-UG cut off varies annually. A min score of 50th percentile for UR category and 40th percentile for reserved category is required to be considered for counseling. PIMS admissions are done. PIMS allows little leeway for direct admissions; so far I have rarely seen any candidate getting through management quota.
