Minimum eligibility and admission criteria for MBBS:

Students must have passed in/her 10+2 examination from a recognized board with a minimum of 50% marks with biology, chemistry, and physics as subjects for the general category and 40% of marks for special categories like SC and ST.

Admissions to the MBBS course are based on student’s marks scored in the NEET UG examination.

The capacity of the total intake of students is 150 recognized by MCI.

Minimum eligibility and admission criteria for MD/MS/Diploma:

The student must have a bachelor’s degree in medicine (MBBS).

The admission selection process is based on marks scored in the NEET PG examination.

Minimum eligibility and admission criteria for M.Sc.:

Students must have a bachelor’s degree in B.Sc. with a minimum of 60% marks with physics, chemistry, and Mathematics as subjects.

Selection for admissions is based on marks obtained in the previous qualifying examination.

For the MBBS course admission everyone has to write the NEET and then as per the merit list displayed students will be getting seat in the counselling. Pt. Jawahar Lal Nehru Memorial Medical College Raipur admissions for MBBS can be given on two quotas that is one All India level quota for which there are 15% of the seats reserved and the other quota will be state quota for which there are 85% of the seats reserved as per the reservation policy of the state government. In order to be eligible for the state quota students must provide the domicile certificate of the state they belong too.

For admission into UG courses in Pt. Jawahar Lal Nehru Memorial Medical College Raipur, candidate must have completed the age of 17 on or before appearing for NEET entrance examination plus student must have passed 10+2 with PCB as the compulsory subject with at least 50% aggregate marks (45% for reserved category). Aspirants must appear for NEET entrance examination and must secure valid score as per the cut off marks. Cut off marks in 2018 for UG courses were between 701-134. NEET application form can be filled online, application fees was around 1,500 for general and OBC category students. NEET exam is conducted online in the month of May. Fees structure for MBBS course was around 1.5 Lakhs, which is feasible.
