MBA Admission at PIRENS IBMA
PIMBA provides its students with a postgraduate course of MBA. It is available in 9 streams with an annual intake of 120 seats.

PIRENS IBMA's MBA Eligibility/Selection Criteria
- The candidate must have completed a bachelor's degree in any discipline recognized by the Association of Indian Universities with a minimum of 50% in aggregate (45% in aggregate for candidates from backward class categories from Maharashtra State only).
- Candidate must have appeared for the final year examination of a bachelor's degree in any discipline recognized by the Association of Indian Universities, with a valid DTE's MAH MBA CET, CAT, XAT, ATMA, or another regulating body score.
- To be eligible for any form of a government scholarship, you must first be accepted into the programme through a Centralized Admission Process (CAP) administered by the appropriate authorities or agencies.
- To apply for CAP, candidates have to visit the website of DTE, Maharashtra. Then, based on their entrance test performance, candidates can fill the application form.
- The primary seat allocation takes place through CAP rounds. After the conclusion of CAP rounds, if seats remain unfilled, then the college will notify regarding seat availability.
- Students can seek admission under the Institute level quota at PIRENS.
MCA Admission at PIRENS IBMA
The department of MCA at PIRENS was established in 2012. The course duration lasts for two years. Currently, the annual intake for 1st year MCA is 90 students.
- To be eligible for MCA admission at PIRENS, the candidate must have completed a Bachelor's Degree with Mathematics as a compulsory subject with a minimum of 50% in aggregate (45 per cent in aggregate for candidates of backward class categories belonging to Maharashtra State only)
- Candidates appearing in the final year examination of a bachelor's degree can even apply. They can secure provisional admission.
- For selection purposes, candidates have to undertake the state level entrance test that is MAH MCA CET Entrance Test. In addition, they have scored a valid score in the entrance test to be eligible.
- Following the MAH MCA CET results, candidates must apply for admission through CAP. The final seat allocation process takes place via CAP rounds. Candidates have to choose their preference as PIRENS IBMA during the option filling round.
B Voc Admission at PIRENS IBMA
In addition to the PG courses, PIRENS Institute offers admission to the one UG degree that is B.Voc course for three years. Furthermore, it is available in two streams: Banking Financial Services & Insurance and Software Development. The annual intake is 60 per stream.
- For Banking & Financial Stream, candidates must have passed 10+2 with a least 45% marks in any stream.
- For the software development stream, candidates must have passed 10+2 with 45% and Maths & English as mandatory subjects.
- The selection of the candidates for B Voc will be based on the performance in institute level tests conducted by college competent authority.
