Candidate Should be (10+2) or have done  High School Senior Secondary exam by the Central Board of Secondary Education (CBSE) or any equivalent exam conducted by any State Board or Equivalent. She/He should have secured a minimum of 50% Aggregate. All SC/ST candidates have a relaxation of 5% in the minimum aggregate.

Candidates who have valid NATA scores are eligible to apply for Pillai College of Architecture. In addition, students must register using the DTE Maharashtra Portal. A merit list will be formed based on the NATA score. In the order of merit, candidates must undergo counselling (CAP-Centralized admission process)

To get Pillai HOC College of Architecture admissions for B.Arch will be made through NATA entrance exam conducted nationally for admission into architecture courses. Candidates also must have passed 10+2 with Mathematics as main subject.
