DYPCA admits candidates who have eligible marks in the qualifying examination to B. Arch and M. Arch programs. Admission for B. Arch and M. Arch will be as per the rules laid by the Maharashtra government. Application forms for programs offered by DYPCA are accepted online on the college official website.

Candidates applying for the B. Arch program must have qualifying marks to apply online. Applicants shall follow the steps below to apply for the B. Arch program.

  • The B. Arch course at DYPCA is offered for five years and meets the eligibility criteria.
  • Applicants who have 50% marks in 10+2 with science stream can apply for B. Arch admission.
  • B. Arch admission at DYPCA will be conducted through NATA scores conducted by the Architecture Council.
  • Applicants who belong to the reserved and backward category must have 45% marks to apply for B. Arch.

Students will get admitted to the M. Arch course if they meet the selection process. Admission details for the M. Arch program are as follows.

  • Applicants applying for the M. Arch course must have passed in B. Arch or any degree with a 50% mark.
  • Admission for the M. Arch program at DYPCA will be conducted through common entrance exam scores.
  • The final selection for M. Arch will be based on marks scored in academics and CET.

My admission in DY Patil College of Architecture was given as per my NATA score. I wrote the NATA and attended the counselling process held for us here in the institute. In the counselling process we were supposed to sill the form and choice for the college seats. As soon as the choice filling is done they will call us for the document verification. It was also necessary that we at least have 50% in NATA because that is the minimum eligibility for the NATA counselling is to have that much score in NATA. Then seat will be allotted and we should confirm the admission after which the college’s administrative staff asked me to pay the fees.
