P. A. College of Engineering, also known as PACE, Mangalore, started in 1999 in Karnataka State. The Institute was founded under the PA Educational Trust. PACE is approved under AICTE and affiliated with VTU. Institute provides Under Graduate course BE/B Tech and Post Graduate courses ME/M Tech and MBA Courses in several specializations, and also offers a Research program in M.Sc. & Diploma Course

  • Candidates who have passed in 10+2 Examination with minimum aggregate marks are adequate to take admission for the BE/B Tech course. The candidates' selection will be based on the KCET Entrance Exam's rank.
  • Admissions for BE/B Tech Lateral Entry will be based on the candidate's aggregate marks obtained in Diploma Course, and selection will be based on DCET Score.
  • Admissions for ME/M Tech will be based on the candidate's marks obtained in bachelor’s degree BE/B Tech with minimum aggregate marks and must get a valid score in GATE/KPGCET Entrance Exam.
  • Candidates who graduated with a bachelor’s degree in any stream with minimum aggregate marks are eligible to get admission to an MBA Course. The selection of the Candidates will be based on KMAT Score.CAT/MAT/XAT Score is also acceptable.
  • Admissions for M.Sc. will be based on the score obtained on ULRAT (University Level Research Aptitude Test), which the VTU will organize. Candidates must graduate with a bachelor’s degree to be eligible for admission.

P. A. College of Engineering offers UG Course BE/B Tech in 6 Specializations for 4 years. Candidates who have passed in 10+2 Examination with a minimum of 50% aggregate marks (40% for reserved category) in main subjects such as Physics, Chemistry, and Math are adequate to take admission for the BE/B Tech course. The candidates' selection will be based on the KCET Entrance Exam's rank. The Total Intake is 640 Seats.

PACE, Mangalore ME/M Tech Admission Process

P. A. College of Engineering offers PG Course ME/M Tech in 4 specializations for 2 years. Candidates must be qualified with a bachelor’s degree in BE/B Tech with a minimum of 50% aggregate marks (45% reserved category). They must secure a valid KPGCET Entrance Exam score, which VTU will organize. Outside Karnataka, Candidates who have secured a correct GATE Entrance Exam score are also eligible to apply for ME/M Tech admission.

The Total intake is 72 Candidates, of which 80% of seats are allocated for PGECET/GATE Candidates and the remaining 20% for Management Quota.

P. A. College of Engineering offers a PG Course MBA for 2 years. Candidates who graduated with a bachelor’s degree in any stream with minimum aggregate marks are eligible to get admission to an MBA Course. The selection of the Candidates will be based on KMAT Score.CAT/MAT/XAT Score is also acceptable

The Total Intake is 120 Candidates.50% of seats are allocated for Management Quota, and the remaining 50% are allocated for the Candidates admitted through the Entrance Exam.

P. A. College of Engineering offers a research program for M.Sc. in engineering. Candidates must be graduated from BE/B Tech with the required 60% aggregate marks (55% reserved Category). The candidates' selection process will be based on the valid score acquired in ULRAT Entrance Exam ULRAT (University Level Research Aptitude Test), which the VTU will organize. The merit List will be prepared based on the composite score obtained in the qualifying and entrance exams. Shortlisted Candidates will be called to attend the interview process.

The Karnataka Government recognized PACE, and was the first college in the Mangalore district accredited by the NBA. Eligibility for B.Tech at PACE requires candidates to have completed their 10+2 education. P. A. College Of Engineering Course Admissions involve selection for B.Tech programs based on the marks scored in the KCET. The college prepares a merit list for all categories based on applicants' KCET scores. Applicants meeting the college's cutoff score will be called for further admission processes. The KCET cutoff at PACE ranged from 55802 to 94777. PA College Of Engineering Mangalore Cutoff For Cse was 55802nd rank.

PACE is one of the best engineering college in Mangalore and education wise fee is very much reasonable in terms of facility and quality education. P. A. College of Engineering Mangalore admissions for BE will be usually provided on the basis of KCET Entrance Exam. PACE application fee costs around INR 1000

B-Tech eligibility requirement is min 45% in 10+2 with KCET scores. The accepted cut-off rank for CSE is 55802.

PACE Mangalore will consider 10+2 with 45% marks followed by KCET counselling results. The accepted cut-off rank for the CSE stream is 55802.
