Oxford Engineering College is a 'NAAC' accredited college for technical education located in Tiruchirappalli, Tamil Nadu, established in 1998. OEC is affiliated with Anna University and approved by the All India Council for Technical Education, New Delhi.   • OEC provides a full-time on-campus Bachelors in Engineering (BE) course under five different specializations. The timeline of the course is four years, distributed in 8 semesters.
  • The admission in the BE course at OEC would be based on the Tamil Nadu Engineering Admission (TNEA) Counselling.
  • In addition, candidates must secure above 50% marks in 10+2 as a minimum eligibility requirement.
  • Based on 10+2 marks, Anna University will prepare the TNEA merit list. After that, the final selection process will be done through TNEA counselling.

Oxford Engineering College ME admission:

  • OEC offers a full-time Masters in Engineering (ME) course under seven different disciplines. The timeline of the course is four years divided into eight semesters.
  • Candidates aspiring to take ME courses at OEC have to undertake entrance exams conducted by Anna University, TANCET.
  • Candidates are also required to have BE or B.Tech degrees in relevant fields from any recognized university. The minimum qualifying mark is 50% marks.

To be eligible to apply in an MBA course at OEC, candidates must have a Bachelors's degree from any recognized university.

Oxford Engineering College admission procedure:

  • For admission in BE or B.Tech courses at OEC, candidates have to register themselves in TNEA counselling.
  • Visit the official site of TNEA and fill up the registration form. The TNEA application form fees cost INR 500/- Payment can be done via online mode.
  • For admission in ME or M.Tech courses at OEC, candidates have to visit the official website of Anna University and register themselves for the TANCET exam by paying the application fee of Rs. 700.

Oxford Engineering College B.TECH admission requirement is to pass 10+2 exam with 50% marks in PCM for open category.

For admission under management quota, candidate will be given admission only if they satisfy the eligibility criteria.
