NSHM School of Hotel Management located in Kolkata, West Bengal was established in the academic year of 1996. NSHM School of Hotel Management was approved by University Grants Commission (UGC) and is affiliated with AICTE. The college offers numerous UG and PG programmes in various specializations, under the approval of University grants commission (UGC). Admission to all the courses is based on merit in the qualifying examinations.

  • NSHM School of Hotel Management offers B. Sc in Culinary science and in Hospitality & Hotel Administration; Bachelor of Hotel and Catering Technology (BHMCT); BTTM and B. Voc in Travel & Tourism Management at under graduate level.
  • Minimum qualifications required for admission into B. Sc; BHMCT; BTTM and B. Voc program is that, candidate must have passed 10+2 in any steam from a recognised board. Candidates appearing for 12th class final can also apply for admission.
  • At post graduate level, NSHM School of Hotel Management offers two years duration of Master of Science (M. Sc) under the specialization of Hospitality Management.
  • The basic admission criteria for admission into M. Sc course, is to have a graduation degree in the concerned discipline with 55% marks in graduation from a recognised board of education.
  • The selection is completely on the basis of merit in the qualifying examination.
  • The application forms for admission into any of the courses available at NSHM School of Hotel Management is available on the college official website. Candidates can fill the application form online and application fee will also be paid online through credit/ debit cards or net banking.
