The School of Arts and Humanities is a part of the North Maharashtra University established in the year 2011. This is a state university that is ben run by the state government. This school of Arts has mainly Mass communication and Journalism, Defense and Strategic Studies, and Arts & Fine arts departments offering several courses. Application forms can be obtained from the leading university portal of NMU to apply for courses offered by the school.

  • The course at the UG level is Bachelor of Arts in Additional music (Vocal, Table). North Maharashtra University School of Arts admission to this B. A course will be made for undergraduate students who have completed the minimum qualification of graduation degree.
  • This institute majorly offers a Master of Arts (M.A) in Mass Communication and Journalism, Arts and Fine arts, Instrumental and Defence, and strategic Management. The NMU, Jalgaon admissions to the M.A course will be made based on merit in graduation degree.
  • The allotment of seat to M.A course for the eligible candidates will be done based on the CAP rounds, which will be conducted at the university itself following the performance of candidate’s in the graduation degree.
  • Candidates seeking admission for M.A in Journalism and Mass Communication would have qualified in the university's entrance examination separately. The M.A admission for other specializations of the M.A course will be made according to the merit, and there will be no entrance exam.
  • The essential eligibility criteria for the M.A course will be to have completed a B.An in the relevant streams with at least 50% marks in aggregate from a recognized university of Graduation degree.
  • North Maharashtra University School of Arts application process will be conducted through the official website. The applicants must fill the application form online, and the application fee would be Rs. 300/-.
