NMIMS School of Law is also called The Kirit P. Mehta School of Law as a part of the SVKM’s NMIMS University. This got the status of Deemed to be University which was started in the year 2013. The Bar Council approves the Law school of India. This institute aimed to offer a more excellent quality of legal education to meet the current world's challenges. 

  • The UG programs offered by NMIMS are BA-LLB and BBA-LLB, which are both five years integrated courses. At a master’s degree level, the technique provided is LLM, and the doctoral program is Ph. D in Law.
  • NMIMS School of Law admission to BA-LLB needs basic eligibility of having passed in XIIth grade examination as directed and conducted by the recognized Board and University with at least 50% marks in aggregate. Candidates must have scored good marks in CLAT or LSAT for getting a seat in this college.
  • The NMIMS admission process for the BBA-LLB course will also be the same as mentioned above. For BA-LLB and BBA-LLB, admissions will be based on the entrance test.
  • NMIMS School of Law admission to BA-LLB and BBA-LLB will also be given based on the NMAT, followed by a personal interview.
  • The selection of candidates for the BA-LLB or BBA-LLB course will be based on the scores secured by students in CLAT and LSAT.
  • The admission to LLM course will be offered to students if he/she has completed the graduation degree in LLB with a minimum of 50% marks in aggregate. Candidates who have completed graduation degree in part-time or distance learning mode.
  • The candidates will be shortlisted based on eligibility and later called for a written test and personal interview.

NMIMS School of Law application form must be filled through the official website. The application fee to be paid for the LLM course will be Rs. 1500/-.
