I am pursuing PG Program in Advanced Construction Management specialization and now am in 1st year and the admission fee costs approximate 10 Lakhs for complete two years of duration it is expensive actually but college helps in availing educational loans from banks and it has tied up with several banks. NICMR Scholarship facility is provided for the meritorious candidates. National Institute of Construction Management and Research admissions for PG Program are done on the basis of NCAT/GMAT/CMAT Entrance Exam score and the NICMR application fee charges approximate INR 2,000.College provides good hostel accommodation with required facilities and the hostel fee is nominal which charges approximate 22k

In National Institute Of Construction Management and Research, the admission procedure is,

Eligibility Criteria:- Bachelor's degree in Engineering in any discipline/Architecture/Planning with minimum 50% aggregate marks.

  • Candidates will be selected through NCAT/CAT/GATE/GMAT/CMAT, PI and RA.
  • Candidate's preference of programme/campus will be considered, but the allotment will be done at the sole discretion of the admission department, NICMAR.
