NIBM in Chennai was initiated as a private institute that is approved by AICTE and affiliated with SIMATS of Chennai. They are known for offering PG or masters-level programs in management studies. Apart from PG courses, they also provide a research-level program at PhD in management subjects. National Institute of Business Management admission to MBA is done as per my MAT score. At first I didn’t wanted to do MBA but finally decided too. Final admission will be according to the entrance test score and the qualifying examination marks. I also gave interview at the college before giving the admission. I applied directly online by completing the online application form and paying my fee through the secured payment way. The prospectus and the application form will be available in the website of the college. NIBM fee structure for the MBA correspondence was approximately Rs. 14,700 as a total fee.

NIBM offers admission to the one-year online MBA and two-year Online MBA. It is specifically designed for working professionals. Candidates with bachelor’s degrees in any discipline can apply for NIBM Online MBA admission. However, the college has not specified any qualifying aggregate marks in terms of eligibility. But, having work experience is a mandatory requirement.

Candidates who graduated from any stream with not less than 50% aggregate are eligible to apply for MBA. While based on state-level or entrance level entrance exams like CAT or MAT etc. score basis MBA admission to NIBM will be granted.

The fee structure of distance MBA in NIBM costs around INR 7.5k for one academic year. The entire course will cost approx. INR 12k for two years.
