Monad University School of Law takes initiative to bring together the latest law related programmes to legal problems, experiences, the best project- based teaching & learning practices along with case studies all into a single unique educational programme. School of law has a team of faculty members with rich experience in research, industry and academics.

  • Monad University School of Law offers LLB and BA. LLB programs at under graduate level.
  • LLB program is three years duration course, for admission into which, candidate must have passed graduation with a minimum aggregate of 45% marks for general category and 40% marks in case of candidates belonging to SC/ ST category from a recognised board of education.
  • BA. LLB course is of 5 years duration program. For admission into this program, candidate must have passed 10+2 from a recognised board of education.
  • Monad University School of Law also offers LLM program at post graduate level. LLM course is available under the specialization of Business Group and Criminal group.
  • For admission into LLM program, candidate must have passed LLB with an aggregate of 50% marks from a recognised university. Candidates with Diploma or B. Sc with PCM as mandatory subjects are also eligible for admission into LLM programs.
  • Monad University School of Law also offers Ph. D programs under law. For admission into Ph. D programmes, candidate must have completed LLM program from a recognised board of education with at least 55% aggregate marks.
  • The application form for admission into any of the programs offered by the University, is available online on the university’s official website, interested candidates can register online. The application fee is INR 6000/-.

No entrance exam is required for LLB admissions at Monad University. The admissions are based on 3 years of graduation with a minimum of 45% in a recognized University.
