MGR University Provisional Admission Process
Upon applying for the course, students will receive reference numbers, and they will be guided by the provisional admission policy outlined below:
Acknowledgement Letter and Study Material: Students will receive an acknowledgement letter with a reference number, study material, and login credentials for the learning management system. The enrollment number will be communicated to the students via their registered e-mail address. This process is subject to fee clearance in the university account.
Enrollment Number Generation: After scrutinizing the documents and verifying the eligibility criteria, the university's enrollment department will generate an enrollment number for the student, confirming their registration with the university.
Exam Eligibility and Results: Students under the provisional category with reference/provisional numbers will not be allowed to appear for exams until they are confirmed as enrolled students. If, in special cases, these students are allowed to appear for exams with reference numbers, their results will be kept on hold until they fulfil the eligibility norms and receive an official enrollment number from the university. The student must submit all required documents promptly after applying for the DRMGR Online education program.
Registration Status: Submission of the application form, documents, and fees does not automatically grant the student the status of a registered student of the university.

MGR University Online MBA Examination
The Dr M.G.R. Institute offers the semester's exams online after each term. The final exams for the semester would last an hour and a half. Students will get a user ID & password through e-mail at the registered e-mail address before the start of the online examinations. Passing the tests will result in 75 points, with three subjective questions for 7 points each and 54 objective questions worth 1. The Dr university will reveal the results 30 days after the tests are completed, and mark sheets are accessible 15 days after that.
