To be eligible for admission to IMERT for an MBA, the candidate must have earned a bachelor's degree from an accredited university with at least 50% (45% for candidates in the reserved category).

The MAH-MBA CET/MMS CET/CMAT/CAT exam is one of the entrance exams that candidates interested in IMERT Pune admissions must take. Qualified candidates should attend the CAP counseling process. DTE, Maharashtra, will oversee the centralized admission process.

How to get admission in IMERT Pune?

Candidates with a valid entrance exam score must undergo state level CAP counseling administered by DTE, Maharashtra. If seats remain vacant, the authority will proceed with IMERT Pune Management Quota admission (institute level against CAP). Candidates who meet the requirements should register on the official IMERT website. They must complete the IMERT Pune 2024 application form with all the necessary information. To finish the process, the candidate must pay the application fee.

Prerequisites for admission

  • Candidates must take the MAH-MBA CET/MMS CET/CMAT/CAT test and obtain a passing score.
  • Qualified candidates should participate in the CAP counseling process.
  • IMERT Pune will admit students based on their entrance exam results.
  • The selected candidates will receive details on seat distribution.
  • The candidate must submit the required documentation and pay the course fees in order to finish the IMERT Pune admissions process.

Central Government Minority Scholarship
  • For students who are Muslim, Christian, Jain, Parsi, and Buddha
  • Relevant to both Maharashtra and OMS students.

Institute of Management Education Research & Training admission criteria for MBA:

  • A minimum of 50% in graduation from a recognized university is mandatory for IMERT admission.
  • Candidate should have e a valid score in CAT/MAT/XAT/CMAT/GMAT/ATMA/MAH-CET entrance examination conducted by the board. 
  • Candidate who is interested can apply online/offline for the course for IMERT admission.  
  • Selection process at will be based on the performance in GD and PI of Institute of Management Education Research & Training.

The admission procedure MBA courses:

  • Here the candidate must have an aggregate of 50% marks in the Bachelor’s degree.
  • Here the Admission is through CAP counselling based on rank obtained in Maharashtra MBA Common Entrance Test (MAH MBA CET).
  • And the Aspirants with valid percentile/ marks in CAT/ MAT/ CMAT/ XAT/ ATMA/ GMAT can get admission.
