MDI-Gurgaon offers a well-recognized PGDM/MBA degree at the PG level. It is a flagship program offered to candidates. The PGDM program offers three majors: HR management, business analytics, and International Business. MDI Gurgaon admission will be done according to the performance of the candidates in the entrance exam, followed by GD and PI. It accepts valid CAT scores for PGDM.

Candidates looking for admission to MDI Gurgaon can fill out the form in online mode only on the college’s official website. Candidates applying have to pay an admission form fee of INR 3000 only.

In addition, it offers Executive PGDM, which is exclusively for working professionals. The MDI Gurgaon Executive MBA equal EPGDM programs Admission rely on entrance exams like CAT/ GMAT/ XAT/ MAT/ ATMA/ CMAT examinations. It also offers admission to the MDI Gurgaon.

Aspirants who are foreign nationals, like NRIs and PIOs, have to undertake the GMAT test to get into the MDI. NRI applicants have to pay a fee of INR 8,496, which is the application fee.  The final selection criteria is merit in the entrance test, followed by GD and PI. MDI Gurgaon PGDM Admission

At MDI, there are three variants of PGDM: PGDM-HRM, PGDM-Business Analytics, PGDM-General, and PGDM-IB. AMBA has accredited the PGDM equivalent to the MBA at MDI Gurgaon, which means the course has similar outcomes to the MBA.

  • For admission into PGDM, you need to have a minimum 50% average mark or equivalent CGPA.
  • For a successful application to the PGDM-IB program, at least one year of work experience after completing the four-year bachelor’s degree is mandatory.
  • Admission is based on the CAT/GMAT, followed by GD and PI.
  • Shortlisted candidates must visit the website to indicate their preference.

MDI Gurgaon Executive PGDM Admission

 The college offers admission to the 18-month Executive Program, which includes the ex-PGDM Business Management Program and the ex-PGDM PPM (Public Policy Management). The AMBA has accredited these courses.

  • Pupils shall have at least 50% marks or an equal CGPA in their class 10th & 12th standards.
  • They need to have a least 3-year UG degree or equal with a least of 50% marks.
  • Candidates must have 3-years of executive work experience as of March 31st (the admission year).
  • Candidates must have appeared for the CAT, GMAT, or XAT examinations in the self-sponsored category.
  • In addition, applicants must undergo a personal interview to meet the selection criteria.

Foreign/NRI/PIO Applicants

  • UG degree holders who are foreign, NRI, or PIO applicants can provide a valid GMAT score. The GOI laws laid down for this purpose will determine applicants' eligibility. Thus, foreign applicants can apply for MDI Gurgaon admission through the GMAT.

MDI Gurgaon FPM Admission

The college offers a fellowship program in two management streams: one is residential and the other is non-residential.

  • The candidate shall have secured 50% marks in 10th, 12th, and bachelors/its equivalent CGPA and must have passed masters with 60% of marks in the first division.
  • Any master's degree with 60% in aggregate and first division (with a minimum of sixty-five percent marks in each of the papers), an equivalent CGPA-recognized bachelor's degree, or an equivalent qualification pursued after passing the higher secondary examination after 10+2, is eligible.
  • Candidates with a 5 year integrated Master’s Degree program in any stream must obtain 60% marks in their higher secondary schooling (10+2).
  • For FPM (non-residential), applicants must have at least 10 years of managerial work experience, with at least 5 of those years spent in a senior position, and they must be at least 35 years old.
  • Students preparing for their final semester examination in their respective stream are also eligible to apply for FPM (Residential). Candidates must meet the prescribed certification requirement by June 30 (admission year) and submit their originals by September 30 (admission year).
  • You shall have appeared for the exams like CAT, GMAT, GRE, UGC-JRF, and GATE. Candidates must have valid scores as of the last date of submission.

The MDI Gurgaon application process

To register for MDI, follow these steps:

  • Visit the official site of MDI.
  • The registration process is as follows: In front of ‘New Candidate Registration’, you have to click on the registration tab of New User.
  • A new window displays to generate a new user ID and password. The general details to complete include name, date of birth, mobile number, country, and email address to obtain an OTP.
  • Complete the OTP and click on the OK button. The next option is to validate and submit the OTP.
  • The MDI Gurgaon admission form requires a user ID and password.
  • The candidate must upload all necessary documents after successfully applying.
  • Next, the candidate has to provide academic information, work experience information, and preferences for programs.

MDI has secured 2nd position for its excellence in MBA program as per Outlook rankings. The institute offers an MBA equivalent program called PGDM. The program structure and outcome are very similar to MBA. Students are provided with good infrastructure facilities. To seek admissions for PGDM at MDI, they must have completed their graduation degree, followed by entrance exam scores. The institute accepts CAT scores for selections. The accepted cut-off percentile is 95. The applications will be accepted in online mode. The selection process follows with GD and PI rounds. The institute also offers direct admissions.

The Online MBA (PGDM) admissions at MDI will be based on merit scores in the qualifying exam. The program is open for freshers as well as working executives. The program is inclusive of campus visits as a mandatory of the course curriculum. The institute allows us to get a premiere PG certificate qualification. Our learning will be rigorous and delivered through Online Synchronous Classes, self-paced learning and Campus immersion. Students can attend 15 to 30 hours of synchronous sessions per course. These courses will be scheduled on evenings and weekends. The MDI online MBA fees are INR 8.95 lakhs for the entire program.

MDI Gurgaon offers an Executive PGDM program similar to EMBA. Students must have completed graduation, followed by CAT/ GMAT entrance exam scores. Also, the candidates must have at least 5 years of working experience.

Candidates interested to take Executive PGDM admissions in Management Development Institute Gurgaon Executive MBA eligibility required is candidate must have minimum 3 years of Bachelor’s Degree, with at least 50% marks or equivalent CGPA in any discipline. Minimum 5 years of post-qualification executive work experience is required to get eligibility. Applicants are required to appear for either Common Admission Test conducted by the IIMs or GMAT followed by personal interview round to get seats for the course.

Whether management quota is applicable if yes then please advise the process

There is nothing as entrance exam for executive MBA so candidates can seek Management Development Institute Gurgaon Executive MBA admission directly based on their work experience.
