KSSEM is a part of the KS group of Institutions established in 2010, located in Bangalore, Karnataka. The Institute is affiliated with VTU, Belgaum and approved by AICTE, New Delhi. The College has ranked for MBA course by The week Magazine. KSSEM offers UG and PG courses in engineering and management fields. In addition, the College offers are M. KS. School of Engineering and Management BE Admission 

  • KSSEM offers BE program for four years, consisting of eight semesters with five disciplines for applicants who meet selection parameters.
  • The students seeking admission for BE course at KSSEM will be based on 10+2 in Physics, Chemistry, and Mathematics as compulsory subjects with 45% marks.
  • The applicants who belong to the reserved category must have 40% marks in the qualifying examination.
  • The admission for BE course at KSSEM is based on CET-KEA and COMED-K entrance exam scores.
  • The applicants will also reach the cut-off scores to get BE admission at KSSEM.
  • The seats are provided in three categories CET-KEA, COMED-K, and under Management Quota.
  • Applicants seeking admission through Management Quota will be based on merit in the qualifying examination.
  • 45% of the seats are filled through CET-KEA, 30% are filled through COMED-K, and 25% are filled through the KS School of Engineering management quota.
  • The seats for CET-KEA are provided as per the rules and regulations set by the State Government.
  • Candidates with required scores in the entrance exam and academic score can approach the further admission process at the Institute.

KS. School of Engineering and Management M. Tech Admission

  • The Institute of KSSEM offers the M. Tech curse under the PG program for two years consisting of four semesters to students who meet the admission parameters.
  • The student's admission for M. Tech must have passed BE or B. Tech or any equivalent degree from a recognized university with 50% marks.
  • The candidates who belong to SC/ST/Group must have 45% marks in the qualifying examination.
  • The applicants will have to reach the PGCET cut-off scores to get admission for the M. Tech course at KSSEM.
  • The admission parameter for the M. Tech course at KSSEM is based on GATE or PGCET entrance exam scores.
  • The candidates for the M. Tech course will be based on GATE or PGCET, followed by a counselling session.
  • The seats for the M. Tech course at KSSEM is allocated based on PGCET / GATE rank, categories, choice filling and availability of the seats.
  • The College offer reserved seats under the management quota and sponsored category.
  • The applicants who have cleared the GATE entrance test are eligible for scholarships provided by ACITE.
  • The applicants who have eligible marks in the entrance exam can approach the application process.
  • The students must fill the application form with the required information.

  • The Institute provides a full time two year MBA course to students who meet the eligibility parameter.
  • The MBA program has an annual intake capacity of 60 students in total.
  • The applicants seeking admission for the MBA course at KSSEM must have 50% marks in Bachelor's Degree in any discipline from a recognized University.
  • The students who belong to the reserved category must have 45% marks in Bachelor's Degree.
  • The admission for the MBA course at KSSEM is based on PGCET and CMAT entrance exam scores.
  • The applicants must reach the PGCET cut-off score to get admission for the MBA course at KSSEM.  
  • The selection criteria will be through PGCET or CMAT scores followed by a counselling process.

I have secured the CET ranking below the minimum cut-of marking of the college. The KS School of Engineering and Management cut-off marks was mentioned in the online goggle so through that I got to the cut-off marks. Admission to this college to the BE course was given because of my marks itself.

The application process for B-Tech is based on KCET results. Hence, the applicants must first register with KCET using the website of the examination body. Further, complete the process by attaching the necessary docs, paying the application fees, and then submitting.
