KNS Institute of Technology is a private engineering institute established in 2001 in Bangalore, Karnataka. It is one of the best engineering colleges in the city. It is credited by the National Board of Accreditation and the All-India Institute for Technical Education (AICTE), New Delhi. In addition, the institute is affiliated with the Visvesvaraya Technological University, Belagavi. It strives to provide exceptional education in the field of engineering.  The institute has highly trained faculties and modern infrastructure. The KNSIT offers undergraduate courses in the field of engineering and technological studies. The programs provided by the institute are various streams under the BE course.

  • The KNS Institute offers a Bachelor of Engineering to its UG candidates. KNSIT offers 5 specializations under the BE course.
  • The intake capacity for the BE course is 60 seats for each specialization.
  • Candidates who are interested must fulfil the eligibility criteria of passing the 10+2 examination with a minimum aggregate of 45% marks.
  • They should've passed in the compulsory subjects, Physics, Mathematics and Chemistry.
  • Students should also appear for the JEE/COMDEK/ KCET entrance exams. The selection of the candidates will be based on the student’s performance in entrance test.
  • Students who wish to apply under government quota have to apply through KCET Counselling.
  • While, admission to the Management Quota at KNSIT will be based on merit in qualifying exam and students must have attempted any of the entrance test.

K.N.S Institute of Technology BE seat will be granted to the students based on their ranking in the entrance exam. That’s how KNSIT admission council will fill the seats. They will have some percentage of seats for the once with KCET ranking and other forms of admission will have very less percentage of seats reserved.

What is the cut-off for B.Tech computer science and the Fee structure of B.Tech?

Students seeking admission to B.Tech computer science at KNSIT need to have KCET score within 53297. If they have appeared for COMED-K then the cut-off for B.Tech computer science will be 36044. The fee structure of B.Tech that students need to pay is INR 1 lakh annually. So, the total course would cost nearly INR 4 lakhs.

K.N.S Institute of Technology admissions for BE Course are offered on the basis of KCET rank and the required eligibility criteria is must have passed in 10+2 Examination with 45% aggregate score and the application forms can be obtained in online and the KNSIT application fee charges around INR 500

Admissions for BE are offered in this college on the basis of KCET Score and the admission fee charges approximate 85k every year and for the overall duration it costs around 3.4 Lakhs. KNSIT hostel fee charges approximate 67k which also includes the food charges
