Together with many other engineering colleges KBR Engineering College Hyderabad admissions are made through the common state-level entrance test. This process will be carried out by Telangana state government. The entrance test in our state is the EAMCET and there will counselling which follows the CET. This counselling is the key process that takes place throughout the state for B.tech admission. It is a quite long process, for which the full admission process would take nearly 2-3 months. Students with diploma in engineering may be accepted as there are 20% extra seats reserved for 2nd year lateral entry for B.Tech course
