Kalyani Ravindra Sapkal College MBA eligibility criteria
To be considered eligible to apply to the MBA program at KRSCMS, candidates must pass the following eligibility criteria.
- The applicants must have a bachelor's or any 10+2+3 level equivalent degree in any discipline.
- The degree must have been approved by any university recognized by the University Grant Commission (UGC), New Delhi, or Association of Indian Universities (AIU), New Delhi.
- The candidates must have scored a minimum of 50% marks in aggregation.
- Aggregate marks are counted based on the marks scored in all of the subjects.
- If the candidates belong in the backward class or have disabilities, they will be provided with a concession of 5% aggregate marks.
- Candidates must have appeared in any common entrance exam conducted by the component authority.
- The candidates must score non-zero marks in the entrance exam MAH-CET/CAT/CMAT/MAT/XAT or ATMA.

The KRSCMS MBA Selection criteria are as follows.
- Admission to the MBA at KRSCMS is based on the candidate's performance in the entrance test and academic merit.
- Candidates looking forward in taking admission must appear in any of the following entrance exams.
- MAH-CET- This is a common entrance test conducted at the state level. The exam is conducted by the Directorate of Technical Education (DTE), State government of Maharashtra.
- Or, any national-level common entrance exam CAT/MAT/CMAT/XAT or ATMA conducted by any component authority.
- Candidates have to apply for CAP based on their entrance test results to secure admission seats under the government quota. The final seat allotment will be done via CAP rounds.
- After the conclusion of CAP rounds, if seats remains vacant. Then, students can secure MBA admission under the Institute level quota at KRSCMS.
- 80% of the total seats will be offered to the candidates applying through the CAP round.
- 20% of the remaining seats will be reserved for the candidates applying for admission at the institutional level.
The candidates seeking admission in the MBA program at KRSCMS through the Centralized Admission Procedure (CAP) follow the round.
- Candidates should visit the official website of the Directorate of Technical Education (DTE) and register themselves as new candidates.
- After registration, the candidate should enrol themselves under CAP counselling.
- In the list of the preferred college, candidates should put the name of KRSCMS.
- The DTE, Mumbai, will release a merit list based on the candidate's performance in the common entrance test.
- Shortlisted candidates will be called for the counselling round at their designated centre.
- For completing the admission, process candidates have to report to the KRSCMS campus.
The candidates seeking admission under the Institute level quota in KRSCMS should follow the following procedure.
- Candidates should appear in the state level entrance exam MAH-CET or national level entrance exam XAT/MAT/CAT/CMAT or ATMA.
- To apply to the MBA program, KRSCMS offers both offline and online modes of application.
- Candidates can visit the official website of the institute and fill up the application form.
- Candidates can also visit the institute campus and collect the application form from the administration department.
- After filling up all the details and attaching the copies of the required documents, candidates must submit the application form.
- The admission of candidates in the MBA program at KRSCMS under institutional quota is based on the marks achieved in the common entrance exam.
- The admission in the MBA program at KRSCMS will be rolled out under the norms and guidelines offered by the university and DTE, Mumbai.
- Selected candidates will have to report to the institute campus to complete the further process of admission.
