The Jindal Global Business School was established in 2010. It is affiliated with O.P. Jindal Global University. The B-School provides a multidisciplinary, international business education that fosters academic excellence via global alliances and industry partnerships. Via its numerous degree programs, consultancy, research, and executive education, JGBS strives to make a difference. JGBS promotes high-quality education, study, and partnerships with a global perspective through a faculty drawn from and trained worldwide. JGBS emphasizes hands-on learning. Students are often involved in activities that encourage them to participate in and focus on their education. In our courses, we have a lot of business case studies. Besides, as part of various classes, students complete team projects, poster shows, workshops, library studies, and field research. The goal is to let each person's strength show through. In addition to classroom teaching, the focus is on problem-solving rather than rote learning, critical thinking, and learning by discovery rather than knowledge collection. It emphasizes the importance of being one's teacher. Students are encouraged to take classes from other schools within the University to support their course and get good results. JGBS is a research-oriented business school. Faculty from all disciplines actively publish their findings. Faculty from JGBS has written more than 50 articles in widely ranked international journals in the last academic year.

  • Students to apply for UG and integrated programs BBA (Hons.) - Business Analytics (3 Years)/ BBA (Hons.)/ BBA (Hons.) – Financial Markets (3 Years)/ BBA (Hons.) – Family Business (3 Years)/ Integrated BBA (Hons.) + MBA (5 Years) needs to have min eligibility of 60% in 10+2 or its equal. The complete admissions process for JGBS will be based on a personal declaration, supplemental application, X and XII Grade Points, Faculty Interview, and accurate UGAT, SAT, JSAT, and ACT scores performed over three rounds. Also, the Jindal SAT score is accepted.
  • For seeking MBA admission, the applicant's overall average in previous academics should be more than 50%. Admission criteria will go as course performance and entrance exam score followed by P I round seats will be allotted. The entrance tests accepted are ATMA/ MAT/ CMAT/ XAT/ CAT/ NMAT/ GRE/ GMAT scores; thus, the minimum score applicants must obtain XAT/MAT/CAT/ATMS/CMAT ≥ 50%, NMAT ≥ 160, GMAT ≥ 450, and GRE ≥ 295.
  • JGBS does not differ between Indian, NRI, and international students. There is no NRI quota at JGU, and all applicants are checked on their own merits.
  • Suppose an applicant failed to take the JSAT by the deadline or fails to reschedule their Faculty Interview. In that case, they will be reconsidered in the next round of applicants by applying to reactivate their application.

Jindal Global Business School Application Process

All applicants need to visit the Institute's official site, seek the JGBS application, and start applying online by following instructions and registering.

  • Create your login ID by going to the college's official website.
  • Verify your email address and complete the application form with all necessary info.
  • Upload all relevant docs, as well as a digital photo.
  • Pay the application fee of INR 3,000 for UG and INR 1,000 for PG courses online using a DD, net transfer, debit, or credit card.

Besides SAT score, Jindal Global Business School considers JSAT, ACT, and UGAT valid scores to grant admission to the BBA Course. Thus, you can seek admission through a UGAT score. To get eligible, you must also have qualified in 12th /HSC with 60% eligibility. The final selection process is made through entrance exam scores and academic merit.

Eligibility:

  • Graduation with minimum 50% aggregate from a recognized university.
  • Candidate should have a valid score in CAT/MAT/XAT/CMAT/GMAT/GRE/ATMA/NMAT entrance examination.

  • Shortlisting is based on the score obtained in entrance exam followed by Group Discussion and Personal Interview.
