BE/B.TECH Admission

Eligibility criteria based on JEE (Main) rank:

  • The candidate should have minimum academic qualification for admission to any one of the programs as laid down by JEE.
  • The Candidate should have passed the 10+2 or its equivalent (as defined by JEE) with compulsory Mathematics and Physics subjects.

Eligibility Criteria:

  • The candidate should have a minimum of 60% marks in the the10+2 or its equivalent with compulsory Mathematics and Physics subjects.

Jaypee University of Information Technology Admission Calendar

  • The release of the Application process will be in March.
  • The deadline for Application Submission (JEE Based) will be in June.
  • The display of the Merit List (JEE Based) on the website will be in June.
  • The deadline for Application Submission (Merit-Based) will be in June.
  • Counseling for the candidates (10+2 Merit-Based) will be in July.
  • Common Counselling for Seat Allotment (JEE Main) Rank Wise will be the month of July.
  • Registration done at Respective Institutes will be in July.
  • The commencement of Classes will be in July.

  • The candidates have to apply online from the university’s official website.
  • The Application Fee Payment costs Rs 1200.

JEE (MAIN) BASED ADMISSION PROCEDURE

  • Candidates must have appeared in the JEE conducted by the CBSE.
  • The merit amongst applications received for Admission to Jaypee Universities(s) shall be drawn based only on the overall All India Rank of JEE (Main) examination.
  • The merit list for SC/ST candidates shall be made by applying the cut of 10% below the final Rank (in JEE Main Exam) obtained by the candidates shortlisted in the general cadre.

(10+2) MERIT-BASED ADMISSION PROCEDURE.

  • All seats shall be allotted through JEE main overall all India rank; if the seat remains vacant, then the remaining seats will be allotted through merit drawn on marks of 10+2 examinations.

Allocation of Seats

  • Seats in the study programs shall be allotted based on preferences indicated at the time of counseling in merit drawn based on 10+2 marks (3 subjects including Physics and mathematics.

JUIT is recognized and accredited by AICTE, AIU, NBA, and UGC. NAAC has awarded it an 'A' grade twice. It has consistently been ranked among the top engineering institutes in India by NIRF for six years. To be eligible for BTech admission at JUIT, students need to have a minimum of 60% aggregate in Class 12 (55% for SC/ST). Admission to the BTech program can be through entrance exams like JEE Main or based on merit. Jaypee Noida's admission process for B Tech relies on the All India Rank in JEE Main. The Jaypee Noida JEE Mains cutoff varies between 48918 and 122620. The application can be filled out either online through the official website or offline by downloading the application form or getting it directly from the university.

To get eligible for B Tech admission in JUIT Solan, Students must clear the JEE Main entrance exam with a good rank as equal to the cut off eligibility defined by the college. The Jaypee University of Information Technology JEE Main cut off for CSE is  54056. Also, students must have passed 10+2 with 75% aggregate marks. The JUIT application process is ongoing. The final date to fill the application form is 31st July 2021. Applicants can fill the form either online or offline.
