Jawaharlal Nehru National College of Engineering offers UG Course BE/B Tech in 7 Specializations for 4 years. Candidates must qualify in the 10+2 Examination with 45% aggregate marks in PCM (40% for SC/OBC/ST). Selection criteria of candidates will be according to the rank obtained in KCET, organized by Karnataka Examination Authority & COMEDK-UGET Entrance Exam.

45% of Seats are allocated for the Candidates taking admission through KCET, a Government Quota.30% of Seats are allocated for COMEDK Students, and 25% for Management Quota.

JNNCE, Shimoga ME/M Tech Admission Process

Jawaharlal Nehru National College of Engineering Provides PG Course ME/M Tech in Seven Specializations for 2 years. Candidates must qualify for a bachelor’s degree in BE/B Tech with the required aggregate marks. Selection of the candidates will be based on the rank obtained in the KPGCET Entrance Exam, which KEA will organize, and a Valid GATE score is also acceptable for admission.

80% of Seats will be allocated for the candidates taking admission under the Government quota through the entrance exam, and the remaining 20% seats wiof ll be issued for Management Quota.

Jawaharlal Nehru National College of Engineering offers a Master’s Degree MBA & MCA Course. Candidates must be graduated with a bachelor’s degree with 50% aggregate marks (45% for reserved category) to get eligible for admission. Selection of the Candidates will be based on the valid score obtained in KEA-PGCET Entrance Exam, qualified to take admission for MBA & MCA, and Candidates with a secure correct score in KMAT/CMAT are also eligible to take admission for MBA.

JNNCE Shimoga offers a four-year BE program across seven specializations. To be eligible for admission, candidates must have passed their 10+2 exams and have secured a least of 45% aggregate marks (40% for SC/ST/OBC candidates). Selection is based on merit in the Common Entrance Test (CET) conducted by the Karnataka Examination Authority (KEA). Admissions are divided into various quotas: 45% under the Government Quota through KCET, 30% through COMEDK-UGET, 25% under the JNNCE Shimoga Management Quota, and 5% under the Supernumerary Quota. The Jawaharlal Nehru Engineering College Cutoff of KCET for the GM Category ranges from 19355 to 36087 for round 1. The COMEDK UGET cutoff is between 30098 and 53703 for round 1.

JNNCE,Shimoga is one of the familiar engineering in Karnataka State and also admission fee is feasible for the students who take admission through KCET rank and the management fee is quite expensive. Jawaharlal Nehru National College of Engineering admissions for BE course will be given on the basis of KCET rank

Jawaharlal Nehru National College of Engineering MBA fee structure is INR 1.68 lakhs per annum. For the entire program, it will cost INR 3.36 lakhs.

JNNCE application process is through visiting the official college website and clicking the link on the admission tab on the Home page. On the admission, page clicks on the application link provided. Then, they have to fill in the application form displayed on the screen. Candidates will have to put in all the details correctly and finally submit the application form.
