IPS Academy IES is an autonomous institution affiliated with the renowned state university RGPV, Madhya Pradesh. The AICTE approved institute provides a Bachelor's in Technology program in the field of Engineering and Technology. IPS ASE offers the B.Tech degree course under 14 different specializations. In addition to the B Tech, IPSA IES offers admission to the M Tech as well.

IPS Academy IES B.Tech eligibility criteria

The candidates will be considered eligible to apply to the B.Tech program at IPS Academy IES  if they pass the below-mentioned eligibility criteria.

  • Admission in IPS Academy for B Tech , candidates should have passed 10+2 or any intermediate level examination.
  • The examination should have been conducted by any state board or national level board of education.
  • The compulsory subjects at 10+2 level should be Physics and Mathematics along with Chemistry/Biology/Biotechnology/ or any technical and Vocational courses.
  • The candidates must have scored a minimum of 45% marks in aggregation.
  • 40% aggregate marks will be for the SC/ST/OBC candidates belonging to the non-creamy layer.
  • The relaxation in the aggregate marks will be offered only to the reserved category candidates belonging to the state of Madhya Pradesh.

IPS Academy IES B.Tech selection criteria

  • IPS Academy B Tech admission will be made through entrance exam as well academic merit.  
  • The aspiring candidates willing to take admission in the B.Tech should have appeared in the entrance exam JEE-Mains.
  • The admission in the B.Tech course at IPS AIES  is ruled out by the Directorate of Technical Education (DTE), State government of Madhya Pradesh.
  • B Tech Selection Process in IPS Academy will be based on the JEE Main rank followed by DTE MP Counselling.
  • Candidates should go through the official website of the DTE, Madhya Pradesh. Then, register for counselling based on JEE Main rank.
  • The applicants are further required to fill in the details in the online registration form.
  • After filling the form the candidates must submit it by paying the DTE MP Counselling registeration fees of Rs. 1000.
  • Upon successful registeration, candidates have to visit the designated help centres to complete document verification process.
  • Verified candidates will be allowed for the next phase that is online preferences or choice filling round.
  • The candidates must fill up the name of IPS Academy IES in the list of the preferred college.
  • The seats will be allocated by the DTE based on the candidate's JEE merit as well preferences.
  • Seat allotted candidates will have to report to the assigned college to complete other admission formalities.

The seats are allocated to candidates based on the system issued by the IPS Academy IES and the University.

  • 90% of the total available seats will be reserved for the state category students. That implies that admission to these seats will be offered only to the candidates belonging to the state of Madhya Pradesh.
  • 5% of the total intake of the B.tech seats will be reserved for the candidates applying through the all-Indian level.
  • The remaining 5% of the total intake of candidates will be sanctioned to take NRI or Foreign candidates.

I have chosen BE in Electrical & Electronics Engineering at present am in final year. IPS Academy School of Engineering admissions for BE course will be usually offered on the basis of JEE Main Score. Application forms can be filled up through both online & offline mode and the IPSASE, Indore application fee charges approximate INR 1000.Admission fee for Be Course in IPS Academy costs approximate 60,000 for very first year and the fee structure is same for remaining three years hence the total fee costs around 2.4 Lakhs for complete four years of duration and also some of the deserved students are getting scholarships.

IPS Academy provides B-Tech admissions for those who have completed their board exams with JEE Main scores. The accepted cut-off rank for the CSE stream is 346649.
