IMPACT College of Engineering & Applied Science is a part of the IMPACT group of institutions established in 1980, located in Karnataka. The Institute offers industry-oriented education with manpower planning and career training. The College has been providing education for more than 33 years since its establishment. The engineering and the science programs are offered with professional and developing learning in various departments. The college offers relevant knowledge in various areas of science and engg. The vision of the Institute educating students as capable engineering with string and dynamic ideas. The college believes in developing cooperation, collegiality, leadership and respect for society and culture.

ICEAS offers Undergraduate and Postgraduate in engineering and science fields with various disciplines. The programs offered by ICEAS are approved by AICTE and affiliated with Vishweswaraya Technological University (VTU). The Admission for UG and PG courses will be based on entrance and academic scores. The application form will be available to selected students who can proceed to further the admission process.

IMPACT College of Engineering & Applied Sciences BE Admission 

  • Eligibility for BE course at ICEAS is to obtain 50% marks in the 10+2 examination from a recognized examination board.
  • The BE course is offered to pressing needs of human society in Industrial, Automobiles and Engineering.
  • BE specializations at ICEAS includes CE, CS, ME, EEE, and ECE, with an annual intake of 30 students per course.
  • The applicants taking admission for BE at ICEAS will be based on merit and KMAT or COMEDK entrance exam scores.
  • The students applying for the entrance exam will also have to appear in the online counselling session KCET or COMEDK.   
  • The counselling code at ICEAS will be 138 to join the Institute for BE courses.

Direct Admission

  • The direct seats for BE course at ICEAS will be provided after the Admissions Officer advice on the selected course.
  • After the advice session, the college will verify the eligibility of any courses attended by the students.
  • The applicants will have to fill the application form of ICEAS and proceed to make payment of application fees at the campus.
  • After the selected students are informed via SMS or mail, candidates will have to complete the further admission process.   

Admission through entrance exam 

  • Applicants who have cleared KMAT / COMEDK entrance exam with qualifying marks shall apply to BE course at ICEAS.
  • The KMAT entrance will be offered to students of Karnataka State, and COMEDK is offered to students applying from other states.
  • Students must appear counselling sessions after the entrance exam, and seats will be provided based on overall performance.
  • Once the students are selected to preferred course and college, they will have to visit the college to complete the further admission formalities.

  • ICEAS offers the two-year M. Tech course with two disciplines for applicants who have eligible marks. 
  • The M. Tech program at ICEAS is affiliated with VTU, Belagavi, Govt. of Karnataka and approved by AICTE.
  • The course focuses on methodologies and ideologies in the fields of Automobiles and Engineering.
  • The students seeking seats must have eligibility for M. Tech at ICEAS is based on 50% marks in B. Tech or BE degree from a recognized board.
  • The direct seats for M. Tech at ICAES will be provided to students asked on merit and eligibility.
  • The selection process for M. Tech at ICEAS will be based on GATE and PGCET entrance exam scores.
  • Students who clear in the entrance exam will also have to appear in a counselling session to get admission for M. Tech at ICEAS.
  • After the counselling session, students will be provided seats based on the overall performance in every parameter.
  • The applicants seeking direct admission will have to fill the application form for M. Tech at ICEAS campus and pay the application form fees.
  • The college will inform the selected candidates, and students will have to confirm admission by finishing the further process.

  • The MBA program at ICEAS is offered to students with eligible marks from a recognized board.
  • The MBA program provides managerial and industrial skills to bridge the gap between college and organizations.
  • Eligibility criteria for MBA at ICEAS are to pass Bachelor's degree with 50% marks from a recognized board.
  • The student's admission to the MBA course at ICEAS will be based on CAT /MAT / XAT / PGCET / CMAT entrance exam scores.

Hi,

  • Admission Criteria for BE/B Tech in Computer Science will be based on the eligibility of 45% aggregate marks in 10+2(PCMC)
  • Selection Criteria will be based on KCET Entrance Exam and counseling based.
  • The fee structure for Computer Science Engineering is INR 2.4 Lakhs.
