IFET College of Engineering was started in the year 1998 located in Villpuram, Tamil Nadu.The College is approved under AICTE, Accredited NAAC & NBA and affiliated to Anna University. The IFET was established with the aim to impart appropriate technical educational for aspirants. Institute offers Under Graduate Course in BE/ BTech and Post Graduate Course in ME/M Tech & MBA in diverse specializations.

  • Eligibility Criteria for BE/B Tech is Candidates must be qualified in 10+2 Exam with minimum aggregate marks and selection of the candidates will be based on TNEA Counseling.
  • Admissions for ME/M Tech will be based on the Candidates score obtained in GATE/ TANCET Entrance Exam and should be graduated in bachelor’s degree BE/ BTech with minimum aggregate marks.
  • Candidates who have secured in bachelor’s degree from renowned university and secured valid score in TANCET Exam are eligible to take admission for MBA Course.

IFET College of Engineering offers Post Graduate Course MBA for the duration of 2 years. The Total Intake is 120 Seats. Candidates who have secured in bachelor’s degree from renowned university and secured valid score in TANCET Exam are eligible to take admission for MBA Course.

IFET College of Engineering Application Process

Candidates who are looking to get admission for UG/PG Courses must download the application form by visiting the official site of College. Candidates must click on the admission tab to download the form. After Downloading candidates should fill up the required details which is mentioned in the application form and must attach relevant educational forms and must submit it to the college office.

  • Candidates who are looking to take admission for BE/B Tech through TNEA and for ME/M Tech & MBA  through TANCET Candidates must visit the official site of Anna University and application forms must be filled through online mode.
  • Application fees are INR 500 for General Category and INR 250 for Reserved Category and it can be paid through Net Banking, Credit Card or Debit Card and candidates can also pay offline through Demand Draft in the favor of “Secretary,  Anna University” Payable at Chennai”
