Hindusthan Institute of Technology was established in 2007 by a well-known industrialist and philanthropist. Thiru. TSR Khannaiyann in Coimbatore, Tamil Nadu. The institute is affiliated with Anna University, Chennai and its courses are approved under AICTE, Delhi. It believes in grooming its students with high ethical and moral values to build their character. The institute has highly equipped and well-furnished classrooms to aid the students in the technological learning experience. HITECH aims to provide moral-based education rather than just academic knowledge to its students to prepare them for the real world. HITECH offers BE, BTech, ME, and MBA under its UG and PG level courses.

Students applying for a UG degree at the HITECH can pursue a Bachelor of Engineering (BE) in five different specializations and BTech in two streams.

  • Log in to the official site using the credentials sent to you via email.
  • A merit list based on 10+2 scores will be generated for the BE and BTech students through which their admission will be done.
  • For ME and MBA students, TANCET exam scores will be valid. Therefore, admission will be done on the merit list prepared by these scores.

The institution offers UG & PG courses in engineering and management studies. I successively completed B.Tech in Electronics and communication engineering from this college. Fees structure for courses is feasible. I completed my graduation with the total expenditure of 4.2 Lakhs. Scholarship is offered on the basis of student’s merit and the cut off marks. Admissions are majorly on the basis of score in entrance examinations, valid score as per the cut off marks is mandatory. In addition to this minimum eligibility for admission is to have at least 50% aggregate marks in 12th with PCM as the compulsory subject.

There is no Electrical and electronics engineering (EEE) program offered under BE/ B.Tech. Various 8 other specializations are available for candidates to take BE admissions at Hindusthan Institute of Technology.
