GITM began its establishment in 2005 at Gurgaon Haryana as a private educational institute offering engineering and management programs. AICTE and UGC have approved this institute with affiliations from MDU. Some of the courses offered in GITM are B-Tech, M-Tech related to the engineering program, and the non-engineering courses are like BBA and MBA. Both the courses are offered with their respective specialization subjects that can be chosen with their own interest in learning the subject and building their careers.  There are around 120 faculty members in GITM recruited to impart quality training and learning experience. The students applying for admissions in this institute must send their applications only if they have the institute's eligibility criteria.

GITM provides good facilities in their institution, from academics, sports, Food to accommodation requirements. It offers a decent placement drive for its final-year students preparing themselves to face the real working culture. Here are some fortune companies as recruiters like JK Cement, Net Connect Global, Hitachi India Ltd., Rapid Metro, QSS Techsoft, Sony India, etc. The scholarship facilities are provided for the institute's merit candidates depending on their marks secured in their last valuing exam. Other than that, Students from the weaker economic categories are also given scholarships under some relaxation in the fee structure.

  • The B-Tech course of GITM is provided with four subject options under one stream, i.e., Computer Science, Mechanical, Civil, and Electrical & Communication Engineering.
  • The students will have to know the qualification requirement for the same—Students must have passed their board exams with at least 45% in all of the core subjects and must have English as their medium of language.
  • Marks secured in UPSEE or JEE Main are also equally important while evaluating the candidates' admission forms. UPSEE is a state-level exam for UP, and most of the engineering colleges in UP will accept the scores of UPSEE.  
  • The marks of board exams and entrance exams are equally gauged, and then the students are selected for admissions for that particular course.
  • The M-Tech course of GITM is also available in Mechanical and Electronic communication engineering. The required qualification is to have completed their B-Tech or B.E course or any other equivalent exam from any of the recognized universities with a 55% aggregate.
  • For M-Tech admissions, GATE scores are also considered by GITM, which are essential to know the students' capability to take part in this course training.
  • The BBA and MBA programs of GITM are equally performing well in their academic results. Here are also the institute offers subject options for management studies.
  • For MBA admissions, the students will have to show their BBA completion marks sheet with an aggregate score of 55% in the relevant subjects.
  • Here, the students must have compulsorily taken up management entrance exams like CAT, MAT, XAT, GMAT, and CMAT, etc., whose valid marks are equally important in choosing the candidates for admissions.

  The Admission/ Application process of GITM:

For admissions in GITM, the candidates must send their admission forms through the online mode by visiting the GITM institute's website; here, the students can check the college website and fill in the correct information such as student's educational and personal details. There might be no choice of filling the forms in offline mode. The selection of admission form submission must be sent within the given particular date, and after that, no new applications will be taken into consideration.   • All the students who are desired to get admissions to GITM must visit their website. Look for the application form, enter the respective details by choosing their interesting course and subject specialization correctly.
  • The students need to attach their relevant essential certificates like marks card of 10th and 12th exams, certificate of income, Residence certificate, UPSEE Admit card/ hall ticket information, the marks or rank card information of UPSEE. All these listed files or documents will have to be attached digitally in the given manner.
  • Once the application form is almost filled, the next step is to pay the fee amount, and only then the whole process of form submission will be validated. 
  • In the final step of the application, submission is made, the respective authorities will check the students' certificates and documents.

Gurgaon Institute of Technology & Management is a private institution located in Haryana. The institution conducts online application process for admission into all it courses and the fee structure is quite feasible. Admission into MBA program is done on the basis of score in CAT entrance exam. In order to get shortlisted for admission it is mandatory that candidate must secure valid score as per the cut off marks. Apart from this requirement, it is also important that candidate must have completed graduation in any discipline with at least 55% aggregate marks from a recognised board of education. The institution is known for providing best placements facilities with an average salary package of INR 2-3 Lakhs per annum.

I am doing B Tech in Electronics & Communication Engineering and at present am studying in 2nd year. Gurgaon Institute of Technology & Management admissions are done on the basis of JEE Main Entrance Exam score .To say about admission fee it is very much feasible compare to any other engineering college and also educational loans are provided for the financial weaker sections to make the fee structure convenient for paying. College provides good hostel accommodation with required amenities and also mess facility is good and rooms are clean and also there are both AC & Non Ac rooms. GITM Hostel fee charges around 50k to 72k

The course fee for MBA courses is quite reasonable at Gurgaon Institute of Technology & Management and the admission process for this course will be done through MDU Entrance exam or any of the national level management entrance examination. Candidates can appear for the entrance examination in their final year of graduation from any discipline. But it is mandatory for the candidates to secure minimum 50% aggregate score in graduation from a recognized board to be eligible to take MBA admission at this institute. The college and the syllabus inculcated by this institute is good with no complaints as the institute is under the affiliation of MDU Rohtak.

Candidates must have passed 10+2 examination from any recognized board in science stream securing minimum 50% and above aggregate for being eligible to apply for B.Tech. Selection of candidate will be made through JEE Main score basis. Based on score obtained followed by counselling process B.Tech admissions to Gurgaon Institute of Technology & Management will be offered.

  • Admission for BBM at GITM-Gurgaon Institute of Technology, candidate should have completed 10+2 with minimum 50% 
  • Fee structure for the courser is approximately INR 90000/- for 3 years.
  • Hostel fee at GITM-Gurgaon Institute of Technology is approximately INR 72000/- per year.

BBA fee of GITM-Gurgaon Institute of Technology is minimum which is feasible to students there is no extra fee taken.
