GOVT KILPAUK MEDICAL COLLEGE Admission for MBBS is as per the following criteria: 1. The candidate should be of min. 17 years of age. 2. The candidate should have passed their 12th or an equivalent in science stream with physics, chemistry and biology as their majors and should have secured a min. of 50% average marks (40% for reserved category) from a recognized institute. 3. The candidate should also write the NEET UG and obtain valid scores accordingly. The score obtained in the test would play a major role in the selection of the candidate. Those looking for gaining direct admissions need to fill in the criteria 1 & 2.

For MBBS course entry into Govt. Kilpauk medical college, basic requirement is that candidate must have passed 10+2 with at least 50% aggregate marks with PCB as the compulsory subject from a recognised board and student must have completed the age of 17 years on or before December 31, 2020. Selection for admission is totally dependent on the entrance exam score and hence it is mandatory that aspirants must appear for NEET entrance exam and must secure valid score as per the cut off marks in order to get shortlisted for admission. The college will consider 10+2 board exam scores with PCMB subjects as mandatory followed by NEET scores. GKMC NEET cut-off rank for MBBS admissions in 3495.
