The college is accredited with an A grade by NAAC and granted "Autonomous" status by the UGC. The college offers four-year B.Tech programs. Eligibility requires passing the Intermediate examination from the Board of Intermediate Education. Admission to the B.Tech program depends upon EAMCET. While 70% of seats are allotted based on EAMCET merit, the remaining 30% are reserved for the GVP College of Engineering Management Quota. The GVP College of Engineering cutoff for AP EAPCET ranges from 3208 to 86802 rank. Aspiring candidates can apply for admission through the official website of AP EAMCET and must participate in the examination process.
