The selection process involves NEET PG ranks, followed by counseling rounds. The MS program is also lasting three years. It is offered in General Surgery and Obstetrics & Gynecology. MS course only has 7 seats. Similar to MD, eligibility for MS requires you to finish MBBS from an MCI-recognized institute. For this, you also need an internship completion certificate.

FIMS direct admissions are done based on the eligibility criteria, entrance exam scores are not required. FIMS merit admissions are done based on the rank secured in NEET-UG; NEET-UG cutoff varies annually. Generally, a min. of 50th percentile for general category and a min. of 40th percentile for reserved category are required to be considered for all India counseling of NEET.
