Dr. D Y Patil Institute Of Management & Entrepreneur Development is a part of Dr. D Y Patil Educational Federation. The college came into existence in the year 2014. D Y Patil Institute offers a PG degree MBA in various specializations. AICTE approves the MBA program offered by this institute. Whereas SPPU Pune affiliates D Y Patil Institute. It is one of the best management colleges in Pune city. Since its inception, it is imparting quality education with the best placement assistance. Here, candidates get engaged in active learning exposures both inside & outside the classroom. It arranges industrial visits regularly to offer exposure to the internal working of the industry.

  • DYPIMED offers admission to the MBA at the PG level. The course is being provided for two years with an annual intake of 120 seats.
  • A student who has done their UG degree in any stream can apply for MBA admission at D Y Patil Institute. Students must have obtained a minimum of 50% marks at the UG level.
  • Students belonging to SC /ST /OBC/SBC must obtain 45% as a minimum qualifying mark. As per the norms of government, there will be a 5% of relaxation to the reserved category.
  • MBA Selection Criteria at D Y Patil Institute will be based on the student's performance in the entrance exam. Candidates have to attend the state-level MBA entrance exam that is MAH CET.
  • Students who have attended any national-level aptitude tests such as CAT, XAT, MAT, or CMAT can even apply for MBA admissions.
  • Students must perform well in exams as equivalent to the D Y Patil Institute's Cut off Criteria.
  • Final Seat allotment will be done through CAP Counselling rounds. For that, students have to participate in the counseling phases.
  • Admission to the Vacant seats after CAP Rounds will be made through merit rank. Candidates have to fill the D Y Patil Institute MBA application form for the remaining vacant seats.
  • Students have to apply online through the official website. At first, students have to register themselves by entering specific details. Then they will be able to access an online application form.
  • When the application process gets concludes, the college will release the merit list. Students whose names are enlisted in the merit list have to appear for Interviews according to the schedule.

The fee structur

  • around INR 1.65lakhs.
  • Candidate must have completed graduation from a recognised University with minimum 50% (45% for students belonging to SC, ST/DT, NT, OBC, SBC for Maharashtra State Only).
  • Admission is based on the score obtained in MAH-CET/AMMI-CET exams.
