In Raipur, DIMAT has gained lot of recognition for its academic excellence in management studies. Overall, the students are provided with a good overall experience. The most popular program is MBA with 5 different disciplines. Students seeking admissions to the MBA program will primarily depend on academic merit and the qualifying entrance exam. The teaching faculty members train the students in a very interactive manner. Selections are based on test scores along with GD and PI rounds. Students of DIMAT are given scholarship facilities for merit candidates and also hostel accommodation for boys and girls within the campus area.
The institution offers UG & PG courses in engineering and management studies. Selection for admissions is made on the basis of valid score as per the cut off marks in national level entrance examination like JEE Mains or CGCET. I appeared for JEE Mains after my 12th and got shortlisted for admission via online counselling on the basis of score that I secured in entrance. In addition to this minimum eligibility needed for admission is to have cleared 12th with PCM as the compulsory subject with at least 45% aggregate marks. I found fees structure to be feasible; I completed B.Tech in computer science engineering with the total expenditure of 2.8 Lakhs.
