Magadh University Distance B.Ed Admission
B.Ed is an undergraduate course of two years. This course requires the students to graduate with at least 50% marks. Candidates can either graduate or postgraduate in Sciences/ Social Sciences/Commerce/Humanity.
Candidates with a Bachelor's in Engineering/Technology with a specialization in Science & Mathematics and a percentage of 55% marks or any other qualification recognized by the university are eligible to apply to MU.
The eligible candidates must have worked/trained as in-service teachers in elementary education. If the candidates have completed any NCTE-recognized teacher education program in regular mode, then they are eligible to apply.
Selection criteria:
The eligible candidates must then sit for a Magadh University Distance B.Ed Entrance Exam. The candidates are then selected based on their performance in the merit test.
The entrance test is a multiple choice-based objective test. The test comprises two parts- A & B.
Part A consists of General English comprehension, Logical and Analytical Reasoning, Educational
& General Awareness and Teaching-Learning and the school, whereas Part B consists of Science, Humanities, Social Science, and Commerce faculty. Each question carries one mark. There is no provision for negative markings. Candidates need to answer only one faculty question from Part B.
Magadh University Distance B.Lib.I.Sc Admission
The university offers the B.Lib.I.Sc course. It is a course of a 1-year duration. The students must have graduated from any recognized university. The students must have graduated from any discipline. The students are selected based on merit in the last qualifying examination.
Magadh University Distance M.Lib.I.Sc Admission
This postgraduate course is one year. Candidates willing to apply must have passed B.Lib.I.Sc or any other relevant degree. However, the students must have passed out with 45%. The M.Lib.I.Sc Candidates are selected on merit. The candidate's performance on the previous qualifying examination is taken into account.
Magadh University Distance Education MA Admission
The university offers a postgraduate course, i.e., Master of Arts. This course is of a two-year duration. The candidates willing to apply must have passed BA from any recognized university. Their performance in the previous qualifying examination will be considered the essential selection criteria.

It is two years. Candidates seeking admission shall have passed 10+2. The candidates must have passed with a minimum of 45%. The selection for this course is entirely merit-based. Candidates don't need to appear in any entrance exams to get a seat in this course.
