The University is shortly known as DDU, established in 1968, located in Gujarat. DDU is an autonomous university that offers various 35+ courses. The UG, PG and Doctoral studies are provided in multiple fields like Management, Engineering, and Dental Science & Pharmacy. DDU was the first Institute to earn autonomous tag as a technical college in Gujarat in 1990. Admission for UG and PG course at DDU is entrance-based.

  • DDU offers B. Tech, BBA, BCA, BDS, B. Pharma and MBBS under UG level for the eligible students.
  • DU offers PG courses like MBA, M. Tech, MCA and M. Pharma with various specializations to qualifying students.
  • Students will have to fulfil the eligibility criteria for the respective field to apply. 
  • Most of the programs offered depends on national level entrances test like GATE, NEET, JEE Main and G- CET.  
  • Admission for the B. Tech course at DDU depends on merit in the qualifying exam and JEE Main course or GUJCET.

Dharmsinh Desai University B. Tech Admission

DDU offers a B. Tech course under various discipline for four years. The system is being provided with seven specializations. Admission for the B. Tech course is entrance-based, and candidates must have passed 50% marks in 10+2 with HSC. Candidates must have cleared JEE Main examination and GUJCET.

Dharmsinh Desai University UG Admission

The University offers BDS and Pharma course at the UG level. BDS is being provided for four years, and admission will be entrance based. Candidates must have passed 10+2 with 50% marks from a recognized board. Students who belong to SC/ST/OBC must have secured 40%, and PWD candidates must have secured 45%.  Cut off marks will be predetermined for the BDS course. The Merit List will be released based on the performance in the entrance test.

Dharmsinh Desai University MBBS Admission

The Medical Council of India has granted permission to start a new Medical College at DDU with 150 students per year. The duration of the course will be five years, and selection depends on NEET exam scores. Candidates applying for the MBBS course must have passed 10+2 in PCBE with 50% marks. Reserved category must have 40 per cent to apply.

DDU offers an M. Tech course in seven disciplines in regular mode for two years. The University provides 250 seats for students per year. Candidates must have passed B. Tech / BE course with 55% marks. Admission for the M. Tech course at DDU must have cleared the GATE examination.

MDA is a full-time course offered for two years with nine specializations. Candidates must have passed BDS with 55% marks from a recognized board. Admission for MDS depends on the NEET PG entrance exam. The final selection for the MDS course depends on a written test organized by the University and past academic performance. The Shortlisted candidates will have to register for counselling.

  • Candidates will have to pay RS 350/- to fill the application form.
  • Students shall fill the application form of DDU online or offline with the correct details.

DDU Nadiad admission for MBA is possible for those Candidates who have passed graduation from a recognized university with min 50% aggregate and secured scores in G-CET conducted by DDU. The candidates are selected based on entrance test performance, and the shortlisted are asked to take up GD and PI rounds. Lastly, the seat allotment will be finalized for the students.
