The first engineering college in Delhi, Delhi Technological University, was established in 1941 as Delhi Polytechnic and later changed its name to Delhi College of Engineering. The University offers a variety of undergraduate, postgraduate, and doctoral courses to enhance human capacity through analytical techniques and honesty. It is regarded as the equivalent of several NITs and IITs. It currently offers B.Tech, B.Des., MBA, M.Tech, and Ph.D. programs in several fields.

The cut-off is the minimum percentage needed for admission to a particular course at Delhi Technological University. The University will continue to issue cut-off lists until all seats in associated colleges have been filled.
