DAV College was founded in 1958, and the campus locates in Chandigarh, Punjab. The college is affiliated with PU. The college was established under the aegis of Dayanand Anglo-Vedic College Trust. All the UG & PG degree offered DAVC has been recognized by UGC and accredited by NAAC. In the 2021 India Today Rankings, DAVC has been ranked as 40th College for the overall category. Moreover, DAV has been consistently ranking among the Top Colleges in India in many educational surveys.   • To enroll in any of these UG programs at DAV College, candidates must have cleared the 10+2 board exam with at least 50% marks as a minimum qualifying score.
  • The applicants are chosen solely based on their performance in the qualifying test and the availability of seats.
  • Based on academic marks, the admission authority will prepare the merit list. Students whose names are featured in the merit list are eligible to secure admission seats.

  • In addition to UG courses, DAV College offers PG courses in M.Sc., M.Com, and MA.
  • A bachelor's degree in relevant areas from any recognized institution is the least requirement for applying to these PG programs.
  • DAV College offers admission to the PG courses based on an entrance test score. Thus admission seekers have to undertake PUCET Entrance Test.

Students who desire to apply for admission to DAV Institute must create a login id and password on the campus's official site. In addition, candidates willing to take admission to the PG courses at DAVC must register for the PUCET entrance test as the primary step.

: No entrance exam is required for BCA admissions. Applicants must have a 10+2 examination in any discipline with at least 50% marks. Students must pass the Matriculation examination with Mathematics as one of the subjects. Or any other examination recognized by the Syndicate as equivalent.

What is the application process for the B.Com program at BBK DAV College for Women?

Applicants must have completed the 10th exams followed by commerce subjects in intermediate examinations. They must have secured a minimum of 50% marks or more. Applications will be accepted online by visiting the official website, filling out the form, and paying the form fee.
