DMIETR offers B.E and B.E lateral courses under the UG program for the students who are taking admission. Qualifying marks in academics and the entrance exam is required to apply for UG programs at DMIETR. Access for UG programs in engg will be entrance-based, and applicants must take JEE Main and MHT-CET entrance teat. Applications of DMIETR are accepted online on the official website of the Institute.

  • DMIETR offers a B.E program for the students with seven disciplines for candidates who have qualifying marks in the qualifying examination can apply.
  • The application process for B.E and B.E lateral programs will be online, and candidates must visit the Institute to obtain the application form.
  • Admission for B.E and B.E lateral at DMIETR will depend on the candidate's marks in JEE Main and MHT-CET entrance test scores.
  • Applicants will have to take both the entrance tests on the official website of their respective entrance exams.
  • The Institute also offers an MBA course in the PG program with various disciplines for the candidates with 50% marks in the UG program. 
  • MBA admission at DMIETR will be through ATMA / CAT / MAT /XAT scores of the candidates taking admission. 

Datta Meghe Institute of Engineering Technology and Research B.E Admission 
The Institute of DMIETR offers a B.E program with 60 seats for four years to the eligible students. The details for B.E course admission is as follows. 

  • The Institute offers a B.E program for four years with seven disciplines for the students who have eligible marks.
  • B.E admission at DMIETR depends on JEE Main and the MHT CET entrance examination scores.
  • Candidates taking B.E program at DMIETR must have passed in 10+2 level examination with 50% marks in PCM as main subjects.
  • Candidates having qualifying marks in JEE Main examination must appear in the counselling session to be selected for the B.E course.
  • DMIETR offers are B.E lateral program for the students with 50% marks in a diploma or B.Sc degree.

Datta Meghe Institute of Engineering Technology and Research MBA Admission 
The Institute of DMIETR offers an MBA program at PG level to the candidates with an annual intake of 60 per batch. Admission details for the MBA program are as follows. 

  • Applicants taking admission for MBA courses at DMIETR must have 50% marks in Bachelor's degree. 
  • Admission for MBA at DMIETR will depend on the candidates' CAT / MAT / XAT / ATMA scores.

In our college we actually have two ways through which the admission will be given to students those are like the CAP round or institute level quota. The CAP round is conducted for those who would have applied for CAP after they qualify MHT-CET. The seats for them will be allotted in this CAP-Centralized admission process conducted online for the students. The institute level quota is like the seats given based on the merit of the candidates in 12th as they do not have to go through the CAP. In Datta Meghe Institute Of Engineering Technology And Research Admissions 80% of the seats are given through CAP and other 20% through the institute level quota.

Applicants must have qualified through 10+2 with JEE Main scores for B-Tech admissions. The JEE Main cut-off for the Mechanical Engineering stream is 69416.
