Chettinad University, also known as Chettinad Academy of Research and Education (CARE), was established in 2005 to provide affordable medical education to students from diverse backgrounds. It provides undergraduate and postgraduate levels in medical streams as well as super-specialities. The university's medical programs are recognized by the Medical Council of India (MCI)

Chettinad University MBBS Admission

Among the Chettinad University UG courses, the full-time 5 years long MBBS is among the most sought-after ones. This program comprises 4 and a half years of education and a year of internship at a prestigious institute. Chettinad University Law Admission

The full-time LLB program is another UG course that requires high competency for admissions. This program is offered along with other UG courses, making it a 5 year integrated degree.

Chettinad University M.Ch Admission

The Master's in Chirurgiae is a 2-year long full-time course offered by the Chettinad University Medical Research and Studies College.

Chettinad University P.BB.Sc Admission

The Post Basic B. Sc Nursing course is also known as P. BB. Sc, and it teaches higher-level nursing-based studies in depth to students. This 2-year UG course is available for those students who have already completed their B. Sc Nursing from a recognized university with more than passing marks. Admissions will be based on the applicant's merit from these qualifying exams, and in certain cases, the university may also interview the shortlisted students.

Chettinad University PhD

The Ph. D. courses at Chettinad University are approved by AICTE and UGC because of their verified syllabi and the quality of the thesis produced by students pursuing a doctorate from the university. So far, Chettinad University offers full-time Ph. D in Pharmacy.

Candidates seeking to take admission in this college into MBBS course must be an Indian citizen and must have completed 17 years on or before the year of the admission. Apart from all this, the candidate must have passed 10+2 with a minimum of 50% aggregate marks with physics, chemistry, biology, and English as the compulsory subject from a recognized board as the essential requirement for admission. Selection for admission is made based on a score that the student secures in the NEET entrance exam. NEET is all India level entrance exam, which is conducted every year, mainly in May.
