Recently I completed B.Tech in computer science engineering from Chandigarh College of Engineering & Technology. I appeared for JEE Mains entrance exam and on the basis of score I got admission in this college. Valid score as per the cut off marks is mandatory in entrance examination to get shortlisted in counselling. In addition to this student must have completed 10+2 with at least 45% aggregate marks with PCM as the compulsory subject. For lateral entry into B.Tech programs students can appear for PULEET entrance exam. I found the fees structure to be feasible; I completed my graduation with the total amount of 2.4 Lakhs.
I am an environmental engineer from CCET. I’d suggest this college to any future aspirant looking forward to be a part of CCET. Currently, I am pursuing my further research in environmental engineering at IISc and that’s because of the exposure and curriculum we had at our college. Chandigarh College of Engineering & Technology Admission process is held through CCET website. Basic criteria for B.Tech admissions involve having cleared 10+2 with a min of 50% aggregate in science stream. The candidates should’ve appeared for the JEE Mains exam with an acceptable score, after which they’re called for counselling. The college also holds reservation for SC & ST category giving them a 5% relaxation. The college has about 240 seats, so 204 seats are given for Chandigarh students. Lateral entry is provided for diploma students by giving PULEET exams. Admission is around INR 1800.
