M.Tech degree at BRCM College Of Engineering & Technology
Eligibility for all Engineering Course :
- Should have passed with minimum 50% marks in 4-year B. Tech / B.E in relevant discipline or equivalent degree obtained as a regular student as prescribed in the Maharshi Dayanand University’s Ordinance for Master of Technology (M.Tech) with valid GATE score.
B.Tech degree at BRCM College Of Engineering & Technology :
- Passed 10+2 Examination with Physics & Mathematics as compulsory subjects and only one from Chemistry / Bio-Technology / Biology / Computer. Obtained at least 45% marks (42.75% in case of candidate belonging to SC category) in the above subjects taken together. Admission will be according to JEE ranking.
B.Tech (Lateral Entry) :
- Passed Diploma examination from an AICTE approved institution with at least 45% marks (42.75% in case of SC category candidate) in appropriate branch of Engineering/Technology or B Sc. Degree with Mathematics from UGC defined university with 45% marks. Admission will be according to LEET ranking.
Admission FAQs
Q. Do BRCM offer scholarships?
Yes, BECM has a scholarship scheme like this,
- Special Scholarship for B.Tech Ist Year Girl students
- 25% Waiver in Tuition Fee (i.e., Rs. 14000/- p.a.) for the full duration of the Course irrespective of other admissible scholarship/s.
- Special Scholarship for B.Tech 2nd Year LEET students
- Scholarship of Rs. 28000/- p.a. for the full duration of the Course irrespective of other admissible scholarship/s.
- Special Scholarship for North-East students
University Merit Position Holder’s Scholarship Scheme for all B. Tech students:
- If any student gets 1st or 2nd position in M. D. University Exam in Odd / Even Semester, he/she will get a Scholarship of Rs.10000/- in the subsequent semester.
- If any student gets 3rd or 4th position in M. D. University in Odd / Even Semester, he/she will get a scholarship of Rs.7500/- in the subsequent semester.
- If any student gets 5th or 6th position in M. D. University in Odd / Even Semester, he/she will get a scholarship of Rs.5000/- in the subsequent semester.
The whole First Year class is treated as one discipline as the courses are common for all branches.
The maximum amount of Scholarship/s shall not be more than the Tuition Fee amount.
