To be considered for a B Tech degree in BM College, candidates should have passed 10+2 or equivalent board level examination.
The compulsory subjects at HSC should be Physics, Mathematics, along with Biology/Chemistry or Biotechnology.
In addition to that, candidates should have passed the intermediate level examination with a minimum of 45% marks in aggregation.
For the non-creamy layer, students belonging to the SC/ST or OBC category must score a minimum of 40% marks in aggregation.

BM College B.Tech selection criteria

Candidates seeking admission in the B.Tech program at BMCT should undertake JEE-Mains.
The selection criteria for B.Tech admission at BM College is entrance exam-based.
The evaluation of the candidates will be based on the rank obtained in JEE Main as well marks scored in 10+2
The final admission in the B.Tech program will be carried forward by the Directorate of Technical Education (DTE), the state government of Madhya Pradesh.
Furthermore, seat allotment will be done through counselling based on merit rank and choice of preferences filled by students.

BM College M.Tech selection criteria

For admission to the M.Tech program at BMCT, candidates have to undertake GATE Entrance Test. This is a common entrance exam conducted by the IIT.
