BIT Sindri is accredited with NAAC 'A' grade, offering B. Tech programs. Eligibility requires candidates to have passed 10+2 in the Science stream. Selection involves taking the JCECE followed by counseling. Candidates with valid JEE Main rank are also eligible to apply. The BIT Sindri cutoff JCECE ranged from 68 to 896 rank. Additionally, the JEE Main Cutoff for BIT Sindri for General Category ranged from 44283 to 120116 rank. The institution offers UG & PG courses in engineering studies. I joined this institution to do B. Tech in computer science engineering and got admission through national level entrance examination. I appeared for the JCECE entrance exam and got shortlisted for entry through online counseling. Aspirants can also appear for JEE Mains. The mode of application and examination is also online. Minimum eligibility for admission is to have at least 50% aggregate marks with PCM as the compulsory subject from a recognized board. I found fee structure feasible; I completed a B.Tech of 4 years with a total expenditure of 2.6 Lakhs.
We can take Birsa Institute of Technology, Sindri admission through the JCECE as I took admission from the CET itself, and I didn’t have must problems while taking admission because it was through CET. B.tech entries will also be given based on merit in 12th, which is direct admissions. JCECE will be conducted in June, and access will begin in April month.
