Beant College of Engineering and Technology (BCET), Gurdaspur, is an autonomous college begun in 1994 by Punjab Govt. The college programs are B.Tech and M.Tech with several specializations by affiliation to PTU, Punjab.
The College will be conducting the admission process for the B.Tech program through JEE Mains score along with 10+2 level education in the science stream.
The college will carry admission for the M.Tech program through GATE or NET score and the Basic education level of B.Tech in related disciplines.

BCET, Gurdaspur M.Tech Admissions:
The College offers an engineering program at the master’s level with five specializations for four semesters, two full years. The students must have basic eligibility of B.Tech in related discipline with minimum marks along with the valid score in GATE or NET exam. The candidates will have to apply for the entrance exams through the authorized body website conducting the exams.

The institutions offer UG & PG courses in engineering. I completed B.Tech in computer science engineering from this college with the total expenditure of 4.4 lakhs. Fees structure for other courses is also feasible and may vary depending on the type of specialisations. Minimum eligibility for admission is that, student must have completed 12th with at least 50% aggregate marks with PCM as the compulsory subject. Selection for admissions are made on the basis of score in entrance examination like JEE Mains, valid score as per the cut off marks is mandatory. College are allotted via online counselling and this is followed by document verification.
If student belonged to Karnataka than those will have to write the JEE Mains after this they will have appear for the counselling conducted at national level. They will evaluate each student based on their rank the seats in the college will be allotted. If they have good academics surely they will get scholarships.
