ASLPCET is one of the well-known private engineering colleges in Coimbatore. This college has its approval from AICTE and accreditation from NAAC and AU for its clear academic progress. ASLPCET offers only engg courses like B.E and M.E at both graduation and Post-Graduation levels. Each of the courses is provided with its specialization subject choices with their eligibility and selection needs. The mode of the admission process for application submission is through online mode. They must check the eligibility norms and then apply for admissions accordingly. 

  • ASLPCET offers a B.E course for its students with six subject streams for them to choose from the options.
  • The B.E major streams available in ASLPCET is Civil, Automobile, Mechanical, EEE and Electronics and Comm. Engg.
  • The required eligibility criteria for ASLPCET admissions is to have passed in their HSC board exams like 10+2 with a min of 50% is the required main subjects like PCM. 
  • They must also have considerate results from counselling rounds in TNEA.
  • ASLPCET provides PG course in Engg like M.E that is offered only in CSE specialization. 
  • To get admissions in ASLPCET in M.E programs, they must have a UG degree in B.E in the same subject with aggregate CGPA in degree. 
  • PG eligible students are asked to take up entrance tests like TANCET as a state-level test in TN to seek admissions in ASLPCET.

It is one of the best institutions for engineering programs in Coimbatore. Fees structure for courses is feasible. I completed B.Tech in Electronics and communication engineering with the total expenditure of 3.2 Lakhs. College also provides scholarship on the basis of merit and to the students of backward classes. Basic requirement for admission is that student must have completed 10+2 with at least 50% aggregate marks with PCM as the compulsory subject. Selections for admissions are made on the basis of score in National level entrance examination. For B.Tech I appeared for TNEA entrance exam and got selected for admission on the basis of score.
