Arihant Institute of Business Management is one of Pune, Maharashtra's best and most highly recognized management institutes. It was established in 2009 under the affiliation of SSPU. Arihant Institute of Business Management MBA admissions

AIBM Admissions offers an MBA program at the PG level. It is a 2 years program with choice-based credit and grading systems. The program's outcome will prepare the student to obtain a diverse industry sector domestically and globally. The course curriculum at AIMS is revised to keep the national priorities and international practices. The course syllabus is curated to support the idea of entrepreneurship to support the nation.

 

The minimum eligibility criteria required for MBA admissions is to have completed 10+2 exams in a recognized board and a graduation degree in any stream with at least 50% marks in the relevant stream. The certification should be from a recognized University. Even from the final year of the degree, applicants can apply for course admissions. However, they should not have any backlogs during their graduation.

 

In the selection process, currently, the institute will consider management entrance exam scores like CAT/MAT/ CMAT/ MSCET, etc.   

 

Arihant Institute of Business Management Admission Process 

The admission process at Arhiant Institute of Management Studies is accepted online mode. The institute will follow the application process using DTE CAP.

 

Below are the steps that the applicants should follow.

  • Applicants must first register for CAP as per the dates given through notifications by DTE.
  • Students must complete and submit the application form online using the official portal.
  • Next, the applicants must appear for the CET exam; once the CET results, they can register for CAP online.
  • After online registration, candidates must visit a designated Application Receipt Center (ARC) for document verification.   
  • Once the documents are verified, a provisional merit list is published, indicating the ranks of candidates based on their qualifying exam scores and category (if applicable).
  • Candidates must then fill out an online application form and enter their preferences for colleges and courses based on their ranks. They can select multiple options in their preferred order.
  • DTE conducts multiple rounds of seat allotment based on candidates' preferences, categories, and merit. Seat allotment results are published online.
  • If a candidate is allotted a seat at Arihant Institute and the course of their choice, they must confirm their acceptance online within a specified time frame. This often involves paying a part of the course fees as an initial payment.
  • Candidates can choose to "freeze" the allotted seat (if satisfied with the allocation), "slide" to a higher preference if available, or wait for further rounds if they expect a better allocation.
  • Candidates who accept an allotted seat must report to the respective college within a specified period to complete the admission process. They need to submit their remaining fees and complete other formalities.
  • The DTE CAP process often includes multiple rounds of seat allotment to accommodate candidates who may have yet to receive their preferred allocation in the earlier rounds.
  • Candidates who wish to withdraw or cancel their admission can do so within the prescribed timeline. Refunds, if applicable, are processed as per the rules.

For candidates applying for MBA, there is a PGDM program offered. The eligibility is candidates who graduated in any discipline with a minimum of 50% marks. CAT/ XAT/ MHA CET - MBA/ CMAT scores are accepted, followed by GD and PI is held. Considering the merit, entrance exam score and several other criteria, PGDM admission to AIMS is offered.

The admissions process:

  • Are closed for MBA 2018.
  • Admissions are based on the scores in CAT/MAT/CMAT/XAT/MAH-CET/MMS-CET exams.
  • To be eligible candidates belonging to General category must have secured at least 50% marks in the qualifying degree level examination.(45% for SC/ST category). 

The total fee structure for MBA is:

  • Nearly INR 121,970 for 2 years.
