Annamacharya Institute of Technology & Sciences, Rajampet, operates as an autonomous educational institution affiliated with JNTU, Anantapur. In 1998, the Institute was established under the auspices of the Annamacharya Educational Trust, nestled in the serene surroundings of a sprawling 30-acre campus near Tallapaka, the birthplace of the renowned saint poet Annamacharya.
AITS Rajampet is strategically situated along the Hyderabad – Chennai Highway and enjoys a well-connected location. It offers B Tech, M Tech, MBA and MCA Courses. For B.Tech admissions, candidates are required to appear for the TS EAMCET examination.
Eligibility for M.Tech programs is determined by minimum scores in the GATE or TS PGECET exams, as stipulated by the college. As for those aspiring to secure admission to MBA and MCA programs, participation in the TS ICET examination is mandatory.

Annamacharya Institute of Technology B Tech Admission
To be eligible for admission, a candidate must meet the following criteria:
The applicant should have finished their 10+2 qualification from the Intermediate Board, Government of Andhra Pradesh. It should include Mathematics, Physics, and Chemistry as their optional subjects. Alternatively, they may present an equivalent examination recognized as such.
For admission to a 4-year degree program in Engineering (excluding NRI quota), the student must qualify for the EAMCET. It is a State-Level Entrance Exam administrated by the Government of Andhra Pradesh. Admission to Engineering programs is based on merit. The Convener of EAMCET grants admission based on the candidate's merit in the Intermediate examination and rank in the EAMCET. For the convenor quota, candidates must ensure the AITS Rajampet EAMCET Cutoff.
For admission to Annamacharya Institute of Technology Management Quota and NRI quota seats, candidates should have first-class scores in optional subjects, which include Mathematics, Physics, and Chemistry. Selection for these seats is based on merit.
Admission for Diploma Holders: The Convener of ECET admits 10% of candidates from the stream of Diploma Holders. These candidates should have passed an Andhra Pradesh State Government diploma or an equivalent examination.

The B.Tech programme admission in Annamacharya Institute of Technology and Sciences is through state entrance score based i.e. AP EAMCET, I secured nearly 40 thousand rank and through the counselling process of entrance my seat got allotted in this institute. The institute later schedules the process of admission with other selected students for group discussion and also for document verification round. In the institute, admission process will start from knowing the rules and agreeing it by within the norms. Even for admission process, aspirants must meet the eligibility i.e. 50% marks in related subjects from recognized board. Course curriculum is as followed in JNTUH.
