This year, Angel Institution of Engineering and Technology (ACET), a private engineering college, officially launched its operations from 2007-08. Founded by Angel Labels, one of India's largest hosiery label makers and a leading hotel and textile conglomerate, the college is one of the country's top hospitality and textile conglomerates. ACET is located on 19 acres of land in Angel Nagar, Tirupur, Tamil Nadu, India, and is a part of the ACET Group. The college is affiliated with Anna University in Chennai and has received clearance from the AICTE in New Delhi. ACET offers B Tech at the UG level and ME/M Tech at the PG level.

ACET College offers admission to undergraduate courses in the fields of engineering and technology. A student must meet the eligibility requirements, which are listed below.

  • Admission to the B Tech program at ACET College is contingent on obtaining a valid TNEA Rank score.
  • To be considered for admission to this college, the student must have earned a minimum of 50% in 10+2.
  • TNEA Counseling is now available online, and 12th-grade qualifiers must apply and register according to their cumulative marks.

Angel College of Engineering And Technology M.Tech Admission

  • At Angel College, M Tech degree is available in four specializations. In addition, candidates with a grade point average of at least 50% can apply for M Tech at Angel College.
  • They must also clear the TANCET state-level admission exam. In addition to this, candidates must score a valid score in TANCET as equivalent to the cut off criteria defined by the college.
  • Therefore, candidates have to register online or TANCET to take up the entrance exam.

Angel College Of Engineering And Technology Application Process

 According to the Anna University Standards, admission to the B Tech & M Tech at Angel Engineering College will be determined. Therefore, students must register for the TNEA or TANCET on the official Anna University website. The mode registration process is online.

  • For B Tech students, TNEA Counselling must first register. For M Tech admission, applicants have to apply for the TANCET examination and pass it to be admitted. The whole procedure of application is done online.
  • The registration charge is INR 500 per individual for the general class of TNEA. The additional price of INR 250 is due to students in the reserved category.
