The applicants are required to fulfill the eligibility conditions prescribed by the admission authority to apply for the BHU MCA Entrance Exam (BHU PET) to secure admission into the course. • Candidates who are willing to apply for the BHU MCA Entrance Exam should have possessed a bachelor’s degree in BCA with a minimum 50% aggregate score from any recognized institute or university.
• Candidates shall have studied mathematics as a compulsory subject in the 12^{th, intermediate,} and bachelor’s degrees.
• Candidates belonging to reserved categories such as SC/ST will be provided with 5% relaxation in aggregate marks as per the norms of the government. Hence, they can secure a minimum of a 45% aggregate score in the qualifying examination.

The BHU MCA 2025 application process will be conducted in online mode. Application forms for BHU MCA Entrance Test (BHU PET) will be available in January. Candidates who meet the above eligibility conditions are qualified to apply for the application form for the entrance exam online by logging into the official website. The online application process involves specific steps, namely Registration, application form filling, payment of fees, and uploading the scanned copy of necessary educational documents. Before filling out the BHU MCA application form, the candidates should go through the instructions & guidelines.

Step 1: At first, applicants required to visit the official web portal of BHU (@ www.bhu.ac.in)

Step 2: Then, click on the “Registration” link, proceed to fill up the details in the registration form by entering Name, Valid Email ID, Mobile Number, and other relevant details.

Step 3: Upon successful registration, applicants will receive unique login credentials (registered ID & Password), which need to be used to sign up for the application form portal.

Step 4: After a successful login, the page will direct to the application form window. Then, candidates must fill up all the necessary details that have been asked in the application form, such as contact details, personal information, educational qualifications, etc.

Step 5: After filling in the important details, applicants need to choose the “MCA” Course. The candidates should choose the course without fail. Otherwise, their candidature might get rejected.

Step 6: Thereafter, upload the scanned images of the recently clicked passport size photo and the signature according to the prescribed dimensions.

Step 7: At last, make the payment of BHU MCA 2025 application fees according to the category wise, and the price can be made via online mode by using any of the online payment methods (net banking, credit card, or debit card). Also, candidates can make the payment through offline mode (challan) at any designated HDFC Bank Branch.

BHU MCA or BHU PET application fees cost INR 600 for the unreserved category, whereas candidates belonging to SC, ST, and PWD must pay around INR 300.

Step 8: Upon successful payment, candidates must take a print of the duly filled-out application form and preserve it for future reference.

Banaras Hindu University will be conducting Post Graduate Entrance Test (BHU PET) to provide MCA Program admission. It is expected that the examination is scheduled to be completed in May or June 2025. Before taking up an entrance exam, aspiring candidates should be aware of the BHU MCA 2025 Exam Pattern and Syllabus. This will help the candidates get an idea of the mode of examination, type of questions, exam duration, and marking scheme. BHU will conduct an entrance test in online mode (computer-based test), the exam comprises 120 MCQ type of questions, and the total weightage of marks is 360. Candidates need to solve the questions within a specified time allotment of 2 hours. There will be two sections, A & B. The sectional time limit is not applicable for this entrance exam.

Syllabus of BHU MCA 2025

The question paper for BHU MCA 2025 for the Post Graduate Entrance Test (BHU PET) will be prepared through undergraduate-level degree topics and syllabuses. Step 1:  Foremost, candidates required to visit the official website of Banaras Hindu University (@ www.bhu.ac.in) To be noted, admit card will be accessible only through online mode, no admit card will be sent either through Email or Post

Step 2: Then, click on the access link, stating, “Download BHU MCA 2025 Admit Card.”

Step 3: Thereafter, the candidate's login window will display on the screen. Proceed to enter the registration ID and password, which were generated during the BHU MCA application process.

Step 4: After entering the credentials, click on the login option.

Step 5: Then, the Admit card for BHU MCA Entrance Exam will display on-screen. Candidates are advised to download it and take the same printout.

Banaras Hindu University will announce the BHU MCA 2025 Entrance Exam / BHU PET Results, tentatively in June 2025. Candidates who appear for the entrance exam can view their results by logging into the official website of BHU in online mode. Along with the examination result, the authority will also release the BHU MCA 2025 merit list of the eligible candidates and the BHU MCA 2025 answer keys for the entrance exam on its official website.

After the BHU MCA 2025 Entrance Exam Result Declaration, the admission authority will prepare the merit list based on the candidates' scores acquired in the BHU-PET Entrance Test and consider their overall performance in the last qualifying examination.
