AP EAPCET Eligibility Criteria 2025: Local/Non Local Status

Candidates will be deemed local candidates regarding a local area (AU/OU/SVU) if they have

  • At least four consecutive academic years of study in a local educational institution(s) in which they have appeared or first appeared in the qualifying examination
  • You must have lived in the area for at least four years from the start of the applicable qualifying test.
  • Candidates who do not fit under the category of local candidates must meet the following conditions to be classified as a local candidates.
  • For at least 7 academic years, you must have studied in an educational institution.
  • Resided in a local area for 7 consecutive years

Passed or appeared in the final year of Intermediate examination with their 10+2 pattern having Physics, Mathematics and Chemistry as optional subjects or other vocational courses 

Passed or appeared in the final year of Diploma examination in the respective field conducted by State Board of Technical Education and Training, Andhra Pradesh/Telangana or any equivalent examination recognized by State Board of Technical Education and Training, Andhra Pradesh/Telangana

Qualifying marks for Pharm-D Course

The prescribed qualifying percentage of marks evaluated for ranking in the AP EAPCET 2025 is 25% of the maximum marks. There is no minimum qualifying mark for Scheduled Caste and Scheduled Tribe applicants. However, they are only allowed to sit in seats designated for these groups.

The agriculture test will be taken entirely online. Candidates who meet the following criteria are eligible to take the AP EAPCET 2025

For B.V.Sc. & A.H. / B.Sc. (Ag) / B.Sc. (Hort) / B.F.Sc. / B.Tech. (FS&T) courses. (FS&T Candidates must have passed or been appearing for the last year of intermediate examination (10+2 pattern) or any examination recognized by the Board of Intermediate Education, Andhra Pradesh / Telangana as equivalent there, with any two / three of the subjects listed against each course below:

AP EAPCET Reservation 2025

  • Candidates from the impoverished group are given a fixed number of seats in AP EAPCET Participating Colleges. SC, ST, PWD, and OBC are among them. The relief they've received is based on government regulations.
  • There will be no official data for seat reservations for the AP EAPCET 2025 on the official website. We've compiled a curated list based on prior years' results. Once the official announcement for the AP EAPCET is out, we will update the reservation information.
  • Other reservations made available to applicants from various sections as part of the AP EAPCET Seat Reservation are follows.
